"The Gospel of Judas," an ancient Egyptian manuscript vilified by the early church as heresy, was released by National Geographic as one of the greatest archaeological finds of the past century.
"We are confident this is a piece of genuine, Christian apocryphal literature," said Terry Garcia, National Geographic executive vice president. "This is the most significant discovery in the last 60 years," comparable to the Dead Sea Scrolls, he added.
"Judas is presented as the one to whom everything is told," said Gregor Wurst, a German scholar who helped translate the document. "Judas was an anti-hero."
It claims that Jesus and Judas planned Jesus' Crucifixion so that the death of Christ's weak, earthly body could release His spirit to enjoy the glories of heaven.

Near the end of the Judas gospel, Jesus tells Judas he will "exceed" the rest of the disciples "for you will sacrifice the man that clothes me."

A play on words

I was wondering. Do creationist 'scientists' (I use that word VERY loosely.) ever go out and do some digging of there own? Do they ever bother going out and doing some actual research for themselves? Or are they a bunch of armchair 'scientists' who just sit back and misinterpret the work that other people do?

If there are some that actually do go out on digs, do they bring their bibles with them to tell them where to dig?

First does God care about spelling? Because if he does a great many people here are in serious jeopardy. Before you post a question or answer please read it or at worst copy it into Word and spellcheck it.

Second is it better to serve in Heaven or rule in Hell? Think about it in Heaven, things are all good and happy and shiny but you have to do what your told. In Hell things aren't so happy, good, or shiny but your the boss so why do you care?

I don't care what religion you are but how can you still believe in a god? It can not be disputed that there is NO god, so why do you still give money to a church or temple, and waste time prying?

That would mean you believed in either a nutcase (cause He believed he was God but was not) or you believed in an evil deceiver (cause he told others he was God but he knew he was not). The only other option is that he was who he said he was and that is the only option that makes sense when believing in Jesus. He is not just a good moral leader. He either has to be God or one of the other two options described above.

7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because[a] your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
