I'm a muslim woman, veil (which i do wear) is by choice and no one is forced to do it, and i did choose to do it, because it is something God has asked of me and i should do it. besides, veil is not only geting covered up to "supress my freedom" as many mmay think, it's protection agaisnt people from looking at me in ways that are indecent, talking to me in a vulgar manner, and harrassing me because i reveal my hair, wear it in a certain style, or becuase i'm wearing a short skirt or a revealing top.
i think if i had a husband and he chose to marry another woman would be better for me than if he chose to commit adultry. sometimes marriage is not all about the desire but more of help to a widow or a divorced woman, being a father to fatherless children, this right protects women and helps them. men are not allowed to have concubines as u may say, it was in the past that men were allowed to have sex with slave women that they owned, which was also a right to anyone who had slave women in europe. in fact it gave the children of those slaves the right to be free as long as their father is, which was a right not provided before islam.
summing up, weil may be an order that should be done by all muslim women but none of them is forced to do it, in fact many are happy to wear veil in love of Allah. marriage is only a right given to muslim men to protect them from commiting a grave sin in one case, and a means to helpless islam women to have some help without society condemning them to be doing someething or wrong, or preventing rumors from spreading about them and giving them bad reputations

by the way, i live in egypt, we have tv, internet as u can see, radio, and i'm in college studying engineering. i'm training at a multinational company, and i can say that we have full and complete freedom of choice and life. we are not opressed, and we fear no one o this earth. we only fear Allah who has created us, ad loving our God is not a bad thing as far as i can tell. plz anyone who doesnt know about this religion DONT SAY ANYTHING THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW. i think that's the least law of conversational manners. God guide us all to the way we feel is right

as a Muslim woman, i must say i love my religion. i dont feel persecuted in any way, shape, or form. i am a free, independent woman. i do not wear the veil b/c it is not cumpolsary to wear it until one is truly ready. even then, many women go through life never wearing it and that's perfectly fine. and another point, men can have up to 4 wives, but no concubines. and if they do have 4 wives (which is extremely rare now) its not for pleasure, only if they are poor and/or widowed and they need a man to take care of them.

I think most Muslim women like their religion. Most women are not forced to wear veils; it's a personal decision whether they wear them, and they consider it a form of empowerment (a symbol that their sexuality belongs to no one but them and their husband). Yes, technically, men can have four wives, but this is extremely rare now. A man must treat each of his wives equally, which is impossible, and he has to have a good reason for taking another wife.

Veil is not the mandatory laws given by God. Women who do it just respect their decision which is more cultural and traditional same as Judaism law which asked the women to cover their hair. Regarding 4 wives it is allowed in certain conditions.

you won't have the ability to push aside the form. you have the liberty of expression, and non secular freedom. "Congress shall make no regulation respecting a company of religion, or prohibiting the unfastened workout thereof; or abridging the liberty of speech, or of the clicking; or the suggestions-blowing of the individuals peaceably to collect, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." it is an infringement of her elementary rights. And, it is incorrect. If there have been steel products under a sprint bit textile, i'm beneficial the steel detector might've detected it. it relatively is carefully insane to ask her to take off her religious outfits. ---it is completely double-typical in the court docket docket once you "provide a reason to stress somebody to get rid of a religiously-significant garment on an identical time as allowing/requiring witnesses to swear an oath on the Bible in the previous attesting." How is that separation of Church and State? looks like no person right here has ever study the form.

I don't think they LIKE their religion but at the same time, they are knida ignorant about it. They don't necessarily know anything different because they are shielded from education and the world around them. They also believe that if they are "good women" Allah wil reward them...although I'm not sure how that really works. But in all honesty I don't think they enjoy their position. They are just powerless to change it.

LOL LOL LOL LOL

Sorry, can't stop laughing at the previous poster. This is the same guy who says "peace be unto him" at every turn. LOL that's soooooooo funny.

But, after wiping the laughing tears from my eyes, I'll answer your question. I know a lot of Muslim women and they all love their faith, just as you and I do. Are all parts of it 'enjoyable'? nooooo. Christian women are supposed to let their husbands be the leaders of the home, even if we don't like it lol.

But faith isn't about enjoyment, it's about, well, faith.
