lol why would i report you. i guess you guys really know how to party. i lived next door to these mexicans in florida for a while at 4 am on christmas eve they were blaring their music with a speaker outside. i was way more then a little annoyed. i was also 9 months pregnent and could barley get any sleep. this is just one case of being around noisy hispanic people. there are some hispanics how ever who do not make a peep. i think they come from spain or a lower part of south america. i will say blacks, whites, and everyone else tends to be noisy as well. i cna not complain about the asians though because they all seem pretty quiet how ever i am sure there are exceptions for them too. people who are loud and obnoxious it is because their parents did not teach them proper etiquette and to have respect for others in the sense that people do not want to hear noise pollution. when i was a kid i used to blair my music. i am older now and i get head aches when the music is to loud.

They don't seem any louder than any other culture ,I find noisy people everywhere and its all races and countries .Its difficult to find a restaurant to have a peaceful quiet meal with a loved one or business related lunch.Everyone seems to talk loud and draw attention to themselves perhaps its the result of the ME generation or just lack of respect and or manners for your fellow man. Its everywhere,done by all or so it seems to this world traveler.My home is the USA

We tend to be loud and noisy or at least seem to be to some people, because we are of Hot-Blooded Nature. We like to be Heard and Noticed because we are a Very Proud Race. Don't get me wrong some are just plain loud and noisy, but that shouldn't mess it up for the rest of us who just want to Represent.
