how many times have been some place or was playing a online game on here and some 30 year old guy or older trys to talk to u or hits on u and u tell him ur age and they still are thats nasty and wrong

Most of you here who are not believers would consider yourselves to be good people. Non of us are perfect, but I bet we would all consider things like murder, adultery, stealing and lying to be bad. So if you don't believe there's a God, why would you follow His Ten Commandments? If there's no eternal consequences to sin, why are you basically good?

G W Bush openly stated to the media that he prays to God, and that God told him to invade Iraq. When the Coalition of the Willing dump their weapons of mass destruction (cruise missiles, high altitude bombs etc) and kill innocent men, women and children, commonly referred to as unfortunate collateral damage as opposed to murder or homicide bombing, who is really responsible for this killing?

In the bible, Jesus calls his followers sheep. Christians are very fond of this classification. I'm asking, why?
Sheep are notoriously stupid.
Some definitions of sheep include:
A timid, defenseless simpleton who is readily preyed upon.
A docile and vulnerable person who would rather follow than make an independent decision.
Why would someone be proud of this?

I know eve took then 1st bite of the apple but adam ate the apple too. Now look at all this stuff women have to go thro, period, child birth, being called whores and stuff like that. I no men were suppose to work by the sweat of their brow as "PUNISHMENT" but look at the work world women work by the sweat of their brow too!!!!!! Plus if a chick sleeps with a man before marriage she gets called slut, whore, and all that but if a man sleeps with a chick he is all high and cool!!!! Look people, I grew up atheist, and have lived that way for 21 years, so don't brand me as a bible thumper or anything. I realize that there are some inconsistencies in the various religions around the world. I know what you are thinking. But now that I have been through engineering school, and have learned so much about science and the universe, I must ask all of you atheists out there - as rational thinking, educated, science oriented people, HOW CAN YOU BE SOOOOOOOOOO SURE THAT GOD DOESN'T EXIST? Isn't there some shred of a possibility that maybe He exists? What rules God out?

What is your say on the magician/illusionist bit.....some hard core christians think it should be an illusionist but i am a christian and i think it should be a magician. illusionist basicaly means it is not real it is fake and magician means mysterious and makes you think that it some thing really did happen when you kow it really didnt
