What scares me the most is finding people that DON'T believe there is a God?? You actually think that Human life, trees, flowers, earth, water, sun, moon, stars are an act of RANDOMNESS?? And that randomness can just by chance achieve near perfection?? I'd hate to be standing at the Gate and trying this question on St. Peter.

The thought that if there is no GOD, or highre power that man might as well just cash in his chips, and leave the casino. There are good people out there, and beliefe in GOD or higher power gives them something to strive for. And who knows, this could give more people hope. This day in age, it would just scare the hell out of me if there was'nt. Arion

Im a Christian and Im not affraid of such an idea. If there is no God, I regret nothing. If there is no God, I have no need for concern for after this life... it's not a scary concept at all.

I don't believe in god, but I think many of us secretly want to, just to feel more secure about what we think and do. In my opinion, that would be the most scary thing about not having a god... having to trust in yourself and others who don't know any more than you do. But then, that's what makes life so interesting. In my point of view.

nothing because God does exist. But I think that people who do believe that He dont exist, are scared to die believing that theres no life after death (even though there is and ghost are a perfect example of that)....

it doesn't scare me any more than the idea that 2 + 2=7.6...it's not a scary idea, just a mistaken one...why does even the possibility of God's existence drive atheists into such a furor of condescension, insults, and even profanity-laced tirades?

I deeply believe in God. But if I didn't believe in God, then life would be meaningless. Life would be about making myself happy. Life would be about drugs, drinking and sex. Life would be live it up and get all you can. I know alot of people live this way that don't know Christ.

I belive in God, but the idea of final death is frightening. Juat the idea of your soul ceasing to exist, and just becoming nothing after death is terrifying.

If there is no god...
I live...I die. that's it. done. over. I wasted this whole life to improve for...nothing. Boy, that sounds scary.
If there is a God,
How will you answer Him when you die? Sorry, this scared me that you didn't exist. Boy, was I wrong.
I don't think that will fly to the Almighty. He is too wise.
