At first He was. Now it seems that man has figured that out too. Create clones, create weather, what else will science come up with?

The theologians anticipated this question. Their answer was that the rain falls on the sinner and the righteous just the same. And Christians have been repeating that cop-out ever since.

If the good guys have hard luck, why, God didn't do it - it was just happenstance. But if the good guys have good fortune, then God must have been involved somewhere.

If the bad guys have good fortune, then God just "permitted" it to happen. He works in mysterious ways, you know. But if the bad guys really get what's coming to them, then God must have been involved somehow.

It's a rigged game. God gets credit when events fall out in a manner according with justice. God gets no blame, however, when events happen in a manner contrary to justice.

Try asking a Christian to pray for a specific thing to happen when the result is uncertain. You'll usually get the answer "Thou shalt not tempt God." Nobody is more afraid of testing their faith than a Christian who doesn't get to play with loaded dice.

God is the all-powerful Creator and sustainer of the universe, and nothing happens outside of his will. That means He is responsible for all of the weather -- He either created it Himself or allows someone else to. This is true for everything else that goes on, too. Science is still beyond explaining why positively charged protons can exist together in an atom's nucleas....

What kind of question is this. Yes God contols all including the weather. Remember though, he did create a perfect and good world, with perfect weather. Because of our follies it is now against us.

He CAN be if He wants to... like He brought 40 days of rain and varius draughts but He set all the elements in motion so weather will do its own thing too.

Wether you believe in God or wether you believe in chaos theory the weather is something we cannot control; all we can do is weather the storm if you know what i mean.

Depends on how you look at it. The atmosphere is responsible for it but who made the atmosphere? God....so I guess you could say yes.
