I am an non-denominational Christian, and I dress very conservatively. I wear only dresses and shirts, nothing above my ankles, high neck line shirts, no make-up, and no jewelry. This is because of I Peter 3:3-5- "3:3-Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; 3:4-But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 3:5-For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:"
and because of I Timothy 2:9-"In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;" I know that pentacostals do this, and I respect them for it. I'm not pentacostal, but I have pentacostal friends. What do you think?

We live in a very consumeristic society where we are constantly encouraged to buy new things and dispose of our old stuff. All of this waste is so bad for the environment. Does anyone out there still refurbish or barter? Any tips on creative ways to reuse old stuff?

The Bible is so full of hatred and anger. Priests and clerics teach of a false messiah named Jesus and we are forced to believe them. Why do we keep passing this lie on to our children?

last night i had a really strange experience i was having many nightmares on the same night so i got crazy and tried to wake up but i couldnt move for like 10 sec when i finale opened my eyes i saw on the wall many diabolic shadows and when i started moving thay all dissapeared
can someone tell me what da heck happened to me and what should i do about it?? i dont want to see demons

My first cousin is in a very serious depression adue to some major tragedies in her life. Her father died of Blood Cancer. Her marraige failed because of horrible spouse and in-laws and her only son was taken away from her. Medical Treatments don't seem to be working! I believe she needs spiritual healing and hope and courage to face life. Is there any councellor or Guru who could help her come out of the traumas that she has been living under.

The Apostles Creed,
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,Creator of Heaven and Earth and in Jesus Christ His only son, our Savior who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirity, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilot, was crucified, died and was burried. He descended into hell and on the third day arose again in fufillment of the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen
{Now other than the belief in the Catholic Church how does this make Catholics not Christians? This is basically all of our beliefs. It is our Apostles Creed.}
