What if I or the other person was atheist or agnostic?

What's the point of saying it?

I don't understand the whole 'pray for a miracle' thing. What is the point? Apparently your god only answers prayers (2% of the time) when he feels like it isn't messing with his divine plan. If he is omnipotent and always watching over you, then you wouldn't need to point out to him that you needed a miracle or whatever. Isn't it kind of arrogant for you, a puny human, to ask the creature you think created the entire universe to stop whatever it is he is doing just to cater to your needs? If you pray to him constantly don't you think that would get on his nerves after awhile?

I don't mean to make fun, just a small joke. But seriously is there a reason?

Many diffrent times I have turned to God in hope for awnsers, some times where just becasue i was in need others where not, yet almost every time I was real with my prayers. It seems like when I try to get close to God and be a better person it becomes harder and there is more to deal with, I am almost affraid to turn to him becasue I feel it is going to get hard once again and once again I wil fail him. What do I do?

She sits opposite me and won't shut up about Spiral from Big Brother. I think she is seriously obsessed and it's getting to be very annoying, especially as much of the talk is sexual. What can I do to get her to shut up? And she's about 45 years old.

Help!

Come on admit it you ALL do it, Christians
AND Athiests. So tell me why? I cannot for the life
of me think of a single time I have peer pressured
anyone into following my religion. And if it is not pressure
it is ALWAYS degrading insults.

So lets hear it, and all who deny that any in

Is it someone who claims to be Christian just because he grew up in a Christian church?By the way, we still have to check if the church also was biblically "Christian".

Is it someone who was raised up by parents who do not have the heart of what Christianity is in them, and was oppressed by his parents and later says "I grew up in a Christian home, and they forced their belief on me I'm now agnostic"?

Is it a backslidden Christian who once lived for Christ and now lives for himself?Remember he still has knowledge about Christianity but he does not have the revelation of who Christ is.

Is it someone who longed to belong to some religion and picked Christianity?

Is it someone who lives in sin yet goes to a Christian church and proclaims "I'm a Christian" if asked?

Is it soemone who went to churches that call themselves "Christian" just because they use a bible and believe some truths about Jesus Christ and reject others?

Is it someone who is lead by the Holy Spirit?

When the year 2007 comes in, what will be your goals for that year because EVERYONE has new goals that they would like to establish. Or it could be something that they would like to change about themsleves. Mine are to give back to my community by helping to lower the crime rate in my neighborhood, and to volunteer to help people who are less fortunate than I. What about you? What are your goals for the New Year?

save his 5 brothers, for the rich man had failed to pay attenion to the scriptures(bible) and its teaching, and feared his brothers would do the same.He pleads to send someone back from the dead to tell them so they would surely listen....
What would it take for you to believe, would you believe if someone rose from the dead, jesus told this story in reference to his death. Is your mind so closed that no evidence, not even a ressurrection would change you.Read it for yourself its all there in black and white.
