hey :) First off, I think it's wonderful that you want to have a relationship with Him. When you do read the Bible and pray everyday Satan will be more weary of you! You will have more to deal with. But hey the good news is God will strenghten you, He will not give you more than you can handle (it's a verse from the Bible)
God knows exactly how much you can take, and best of all, He will provide you with a way out (it's a verse from the Bible)
. Thats amazing is'nt it?
Dont ever worry about failing God, we're all human. It's only natural. God loves you unconditionally, not because of things you have or have not done.
Hope this helps :)

If you've ever taken a gander at the Bible, you'll see that Jesus tells us right off: being a true follower is NOT going to be an easy-peasy life.
Matthew 5:11-12
"Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil against you (falsely) because of me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven. Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you."
But take comfort. We are also told to trust in God, and he wil provide for us all that we need.
Matthew 6:25-26
"For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?"
We all stumble in our paths to follow God and keep his ways, but we take joy in knowing we are forgiven when we do. It would sound to me like you are sorry for those times you may not have done right in his sight, and if that is the case, you have nothing to fear, for the Lord is always with you, and he will take care of you, as long as you trust in him.

This road is not easy yes it does get hard but God will give us the strength to carry on first step to being right with the Lord is to ask forgiveness of sins believe in your heart he died for them and he rose again and is preparing a place for you in the Kingdom of Heaven It doesn't matter how far away we get from the Lord it is only one step back it makes it easier if we fellowship with other believers find a good spirit filled church the closer we get to God the harder the road Satan does not want us to reap our rewards

John 3:16 For God loved the world so much that He sent His uniquely born Son so that who ever "believes" in Him shall never perish but have eternal life.
This is where you get right with God we are reconciled to Him through faith in Christ. John 1:12.
It is a free gift.
Ephesians 2:8-9 We are saved by grace through Faith it is a gift from God not of works lest any man should boast.
1 Corinthians tells us "For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
Take care!

His promised is, he will never leave you.
By the way, which God you are refering to?
There is only one God, and one mediator between God and Man, and he is Jesus (also known as Isa Almasih in the Koran, Isa is Jesus, Almasih is Messiah which is Christ). No one go to the Father but thru him.
When we pray, remember the Lord hears. However, just as earthly father will not give whatever the children wants, but give according to what is good for the Children, so is our heavenly father.
Frankly, looking back my live. The good Lord did answer me a lot. But sometime not according to my timing, sometime not according to the way I desire it. However, at the end of the day, He is still God.
How can we ever demand from God. If God had to do whatever we pray, arn't we greater than God? If that is so, why pray to Him?
So, when we pray, do allow God to be God. He can choose to answer, he can choose not to. But he still loves us dearly.

Don't worry,we are all in the same boat, just do'nt try and do it on your own strength, you will probably fail.Ask God for strength to get you through.Make sure that you have his holy spirit inside you to draw on.If you are not sure, ask God to forgive you for turning your back on him,you need to hand your life over to him, turning your life over to God guarantees your eternity with him. That means that now God sees you as perfect because of Jesus dying on the cross. So the game is won,all we have to do is be a part of his team, read his bible, talk to him everyday through prayer, tell him your needs ,hurts,he wants to be apart of every aspect of your life.God bless
