I swear, they drive around in lowered Honda Civics with those stupid loud exhaust pipes, blasting rap "music", hats on sideways, talking with a black accent and thinking they're sooooo cool. I heard a white kid on his cellphone today saying "yeah, well I just got outta da pen last week an I already gotta management job, yo...i ain't even trippin." I was like wtf??? This dude's WHITE and it's like he WANTS to be black. Pathetic

My brother is dating a man who he wants a monogamous (or at least committed and primary) relationship with. The guy initially agreed that he wanted this, but after a couple of months wanted my brother to accept an open relationship. My brother is uncomfortable with this but the guy tells my brother that having multiple partners (at a time) is "the gay male norm" and says that studies have shown that gay couples who have been in relationships for >4 years tend to be in open relationships. I want to know what other people's opinions of those claims are.
What say you? True? Not true? True in some circumstances?

I was just asking because I was reading some articles about people who burnt Harry Potter books.

I just want to know why people think that they are evil. And do they really think that witches are out there.

I saw an author on JMM talking about his book, "Why Not Women?" and that book is just so fantastic that I think every Christian should have a copy.

The work of translation and transliteration and historical facts was incredible. It proves without a doubt, that God is not sexist, but that men at the pulpit are with their translations.

Anybody read it?

I think God is all of them, Allah, Yawheh, Jesus, and other religions. I think God just wants us to love.

What do you think?

What is your favorite mission organization or outreach? Who do you support and why?

The most amazing one I have found is Gospel For Asia. I had not heard of them until recently but it turns out they are one of the largest missionary organizations in the world. What I like best about them is that every single dollar I give to support missionaries goes to the missionaries. The staff at GFA all have to raise their own support. Not one penny of what I send for the mission work goes anywhere else. I just find that so refreshing.

They have a free book that they will give you if you ask for it. Reading it changed my views on mission work and how it should be done, or rather on how it must be done. Check it out and tell me what you think.

i know if they don't they're not worth it... but, i work at a summer sports camp and im the only girl there who wears skirts and i have a policy against touching other boys... (its a religious thing- you wouldn't get it...) there are other girls around- girls who dress skimpier and have nothing against physical contact. does that mean that buys just wont bother with me- like they won't even think twice about me cuz of those reasons/values??
and tell me the truth- i wont get insulted! lol...

Kid House & Ryukyu...? I bought a tshirt at a garage sale. it's got this sweet dragon on it. the tag on the shirt says kid house and there's also a Japanese? symbol with kid house written underneath. Also on the shirt is Ryuku written real big across the front and then there's another symbol with the word Daisuke underneath. when i do a search i can't find all these words occuring together, nor can i really discern their meaning separately. any ideas....?
