which would you rather be? I, personally, would rather be a HOT, SMART, SEXY LESBIAN over a hot straight woman. Im strongly sexually attracted to the female body. Every bone in me just yearns for the touch & closeness of a female body on me.

Quran 2:256

Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects Evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

The BIBLE:

(2 Thessalonians 2:3 NASB/WEY).

"Let no one in any way deceive you, for that day cannot come without the coming of the apostasy first, and the appearing of the man of sin, the son of perdition."

Deuteronomy 13:6-10:

If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which [is] as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; [Namely], of the gods of the people which [are] round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the [one] end of the earth even unto the [other] end of the earth; Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him,

Do you feel that religious experience is a valid proof for the existence of deity (god)? Have you had a religious experience? If yes, do you believe that your experience is more valid then other people’s religious experience, why? If you have not had a religious experience is your lack of experience more valid then someone else’s confirming religious experience, why?

i understand that there are evangelical religions who feel 'called' to spread the word while other religions do not. is it right to publicly berate others for their personal beliefs because you are trying to 'convert' them to yours? shouldn't it be the choice of the believer to belive in what or who they want? from satan to god, to allah to buddha everyone has the right to believe what they want without being subject to their religion being attacked by others who do not believe the same way. bigotry is cancer that eats away at the fabric of our society and is displayed in many different ways...race, gender, sexual orientation, religion....when will those on all sides of these issues realize it is the CHOICE of the person that decides what they want to believe or not, it is not the choice of one who is trying to make everyone believe their version.

This is crescent-shaped Slavic country in south-eastern Europe. It's bordering with Italy across the Adriatic Sea and Slovenia to the west; Hungary to the north, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina to the east, and Montenegro to the south. Croats formed their country at this territory in 7th century after the separation of Slavic tribes in north-eastern Europe.

Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ. (Ephesians 6:5 NLT)

Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. (1 Timothy 6:1-2 NLT)

In the following parable, Jesus clearly approves of beating slaves even if they didn't know they were doing anything wrong.

The servant will be severely punished, for though he knew his duty, he refused to do it. "But people who are not aware that they are doing wrong will be punished only lightly. Much is required from those to whom much is given, and much more is required from those to whom much more is given." (Luke 12:47-48 NLT)

Yes I know this has been asked many times before in one form or another, but I've yet to read any really satisfactory answers. There have been some very eloquant descriptions about what the bible says, and some heart-felt statements from people who really believe they know the truth from their own experiences.

Religions attempt to convince us of the existence of a God and followers of every faith pray. Do they pray to one God? Different Gods? Or are they praying to no-one at all as there is no God?!

Many people strongly believe in the "one true God" and believe they have a personal relationship with him - but a devout Christian's conviction that his belief is correct is just as strong as a devout Muslim's.

Are members of religous sects so arrogant that they unquestioningly believe their version is correct? At the end of the day, no-one can prove anything - otherwise faith wouldn't be required.

Would a fair God really punish those who 'back the wrong horse' ?

Does anyone care about repeat abusers out here, consistently getting away with scamming points? For instance, there is this one user "akhnoukhy" that has another account set up under "cock wang". The other account is set up to ask questions and reward "akhnoukhy" with ten points everytime. It wouldn't really bother me, but I hate seeing so many people typing answers to this guy only to have the 10pts set up for his his scam. Check out "akhnoukhy", his history. You'll see that he moves around different accounts to get the 10 pts. If you want, do a search on the question "do you like nelly furtado?". At least I have exposed this person out here....I feel some satisfaction. Maybe, by you complaining to Yahoo!, something could be done. Those points are not valid, if you ask me. Again, at first I didn't care, but now I see people answering these questions with good intentions but those answers meant nothing to this guy as he know ahead of time that the 10pts were going to akhnoukhy

Why so defensive ? Why the "if you're not religious what are doing here" stuff ?

Are their beliefs so fragile that someone daring to question them sends them into a panic to defend their myths at all costs.

It is through questioning that the human race has advanced. Blindly accepting what we are told has done nothing but retard human development. Look at the dark ages when the churches ruled society.

I mean in the ancient times, there is nothing like fashion trend of todays.
Individuals can wear the same clothes or similar clothes everyday, everyyear. So easy and no need to think about fashion trend or if the clothes match or if the cutting fits the body, etc etc.

just to name one...as it is their main concern, it seems, to jahad....

Lust is condemned in sura 79:40-41, yet in sura 4:24-25 Allah permits polygamy, divorce, and the use of female slaves as concubines (one needs to ask why a man needs a concubine if not to satisfy his lust). Furthermore, for those who are faithful lust is the primary, and unlimited reward in heaven (suras 55:46-78; 56:11-39). Surely if lust is wrong on earth and hateful to a Holy God, it cannot be pleasing to him in paradise.
