I know that a Knight's wife is titled a Lady, What about a Dame's husband?

A Knight's wife is only a Lady if he is a member of the Nobility or gentry--The wife of a Knight who is a commoner would be a Dame.

The husband woman who is a Dame in her own right does not have any special title or form of address--he is just a plain "Mr"

Unlike what the first few answers state, a Dukes wife is a Duchess, not a Dame. If a woman was knighted, she'd be a Dame and her husband would likely be nothing but sir. Same as if a man was knighted his wife would likely be just ma'am or milady.
