IS Qur'an a book of contradictions?

Lust is condemned in sura 79:40-41, yet in sura 4:24-25 Allah permits polygamy, divorce, and the use of female slaves as concubines (one needs to ask why a man needs a concubine if not to satisfy his lust). Furthermore, for those who are faithful lust is the primary, and unlimited reward in heaven (suras 55:46-78; 56:11-39). Surely if lust is wrong on earth and hateful to a Holy God, it cannot be pleasing to him in paradise.

I'll not respond by directing accusations or insults to the bible because I know how to respect other religions, but I'll tell you that you are saying nonsense, like a chinese who is trying to explain a shakespearean sonnet. for instance, in the contadiction subjects Islam condemn lust fulfilled in the wrong way. Or how you justify that the muslim clergies are all married people not like the Popes.
I can condemn greed but still urge you to work and earn money . Islam condemn satisfying your lust by any means but it gave us marriage and divorse so you can change you partner if life is impossible instead of being unfaithful.

No. Holy Quran is not a book of contradiction & if i not mistake, ALLAH didn`t condemned lust, which is represented by one of element did ALLAH use when ALLAH created prophet Adam (pbuh) which is fire, but there is a limit on it. Yes polygamy is permitted in ISLAM but not cocubine so as adultery and that why polygamy is permitted.

READ WHAT SURAH 4:23-24 SAYS .. it denies lust. it permits to marry with concubines not for lust but for chastity. Dont misquote Quran.

Quran says that people of paradise will get what they want. The world of paradise will be different from this world. i dont know whats wrong with your understanding.
