This is crescent-shaped Slavic country in south-eastern Europe. It's bordering with Italy across the Adriatic Sea and Slovenia to the west; Hungary to the north, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina to the east, and Montenegro to the south. Croats formed their country at this territory in 7th century after the separation of Slavic tribes in north-eastern Europe.

Pozdrav!
