Think about it. In the Bible, Jesus rose from the dead and was depicted as having a bright light shine above him, taking him up to heaven. Has anyone seen X-Files lately? Those "abductees" were taken up by a bright light. Coincidence? I think that it's just aliens messing with our heads all these millenia.

I just recently found out from a survey online that almost 40% of African-Americans in the US of of partial Navtive American descent. I told my friend this(who happens to be black) and she said that her great grandmother was Navtive American (Cheyenne).
I found that really amazing because i had just assumed that all African-Americans were of full African descent. But then of course,if you were born in America, your bound to be mixed with a couple of things.
Comments. . . . ?

People use the word "practice" to describe how they live in their religion. I find this to be funny. I know that there are many uses of the word practice, but think of it in a way as you would practice a dance for a recital. When you practice that dance, you are practicing so that when the "real time" comes, you'll be ready right? When will the real time come to exercise whatever religion it is you "practice".

I know this is probably a silly question, but I am one of the sort who find humor in the many uses for words.

Heh.

"What would Smiddy do?"

We're rolling out the WWSD bumper stickers later this year and if they sell, we may just break out the baseball caps, tee shirts and coffee mugs. Should you buy them? What would Smiddy do?

For atheists: The world continues to produce flawed societies (Nazi Germany, Rhwanda) where a majority rises with a distorted collective conscience of right and wrong--and atrocities occur. To systematize a code of morality, would you support a global vote on right and wrong? This concensus could educate those with damaged personal conscience, and reduce the capacity of powerful personalities to sway societies into violent value systems. "Universal Truth" is off the table for the atheist--so shouldn't we have a worldwide vote to at least establish a global definition of right and wrong? Majority rule is all there is, so wouldn't a global morality vote be the best?

Ok ppl to begin think about thats statment. there was trouble in schools while the bible was in school, ppl just didnt pay attention to those things, b/c the bible was the altimate fact based on there opinion. Segergation in all its forms came from the bible while in school, against people of jewish, islamic, and budist faith, aganist homosexuals, etc, and people had to concel themselves from the world around them, while in school drugs new were introduced such as lsd in the 1930s, herione, etc, these were all things that didnt have restrictions untill a certain point, the only thing ppl dont think about is the fact nothing was wrong back then other then things that were out of the norm. lsd was used buy pshycologist, and it and other drugs could be oder out of a catalog, you werent suppose to be gay, jews killed Jesus which intitled them to be abused, and if you noticed that the moment they baned the bible from school they also baned alot of other thing, then at that point you begin

I have noticed that people don't greet. Take this morning... I am sitting out side the department office. And several people I made eye contact with and I said Hello as they passed by and I caught them off guard... If I had not have spoken to them they would not have spoke to me and we were looking dead in each others faces... Whats up with that? Tomarrow when I am waiting for the Head of the Department to open the office 10mins late... I will see the same people walking to their class and I am going to see if they speak or not...
