Just ask them out.
The fact that you ask a "nice way" means that you are trying not to get turned down. DOn't look for a manipulative way to ask someone out......your perfect and if they don't recognize that or want to take the time to, then it's their loss.

GOOD MORNING, Maddie!
Or, I should only be a little more quiet. Shhh,
good morning, Maddie.
I have prepared for you a tray of a breakfast.
Along with a small juice to delight your palate is a waffle, syrup and a slice of a bacon. I have also made a small adornment of a flower to bring glee to your sleepy eyes.
Good morning, Maddie.
Maddie, I want you to know, I love you.
Maddie, If there is some other item you wish to prefer, I would be happy to fetch it for you?
Maddie, I will just move it out onto the veranda where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and palm trees swaying in a gentle breeze.
I love you, Maddie
Ok, I have some errands to run this morning,. While I am away, don't be surprised to find a couple thousand dollars stuffed in your pockets as you get ready for the day. You might like to think of some things you want to have?
Maddie, I was planning to share with you this evening a night out with dancing and a fine wine. I hope you can make it?

depends on if ur asking a guy or girl out (no offense if u dont like gay ppl)
but assuming ur asking a guy out:
ask him out in a way that he wouldnt feel too bad turning down cuz my friend said that he hates it when the girl totally assumes that he will say yes and leaves little space for a "No"
ask him out to a place he likes and choose the time + date after he says yes

A little research via a friend so you know you won't get turned down.
