what do u mean that nobody will do business with arabs ? there are hell lot of countries who except them. what good points u r talking about donation to poor countries that every country does it infact more than America..Movies people from good family dont watch american movies full of hatred and sex. What else ..first control and bring peace in ur own country ..then look at other countries.

Say one person is born into a family of murders and has seen nothing but cruelty and never hears about the bible.

And you are born into a loving family which teaches you love and respect for all and teaches you the bible.

Now why did God place both of you into different settings. Obviously the first person isnt even getting a chance to enter the kingdom of God. Why is God so unfair doesnt God want everyone to have an equal opportunity to be good?

I signed up for a french language free trial and it says that in France and most French speaking countries it is very impolite to greet a group of people with a single greeting. It gave the example. If I was walking down a street and was to pass by a group of five people standing there, I should not say bonjour to them as a whole, I am required to say it to each, five times total. The example has an audio and it says bonjour, bonjour, bonjour, bonjour, bonjour. And says this is mandatory otherwise it's an insult to the people. Are they for real or is this website misinformed?

Is it more likely for you to believe someone over 2000 years ago had one, or god talked to them or something similar happen to them that you read about in a book? Why believe them over someone you knew? and why believe your book over someone elses book? Are you better than the other people who believe god said different things to different people?

People who think they are the most powerful and meaningful force in the universe just piss me off. What SCIENTIFIC ignorance! It is impossible to be an athiest and a scientist. You know, the religions we are used to are not the end-all say all in "defining" *man i hate that* GOD. Listen, whatever started the universe and provides the construct in which we live is GOD. Thats what it means, right? Not a who or a what but only "I am that I am".

The best answer I've found is that the three letters stand for the Greek words "ho on," meaning "The One Who Is." This explanation seems unsatisfactory, since the horizontal line above the letters omega and nu would generally indicate that those letters are themselves abbreviations for full words--which leads me to believe that the three letters should stand for three individual words.

If so many people have died protecting or forcing their own religion onto someone else, should organised religion be re-evaluated or do we just have to deal with the people that believe in it so passionatly? I posted the question in the GLBT section because gay and lesbian people seem to be affected the most by religion, either in their lives or after they have been killed by a passionate believer.

I am not condeming religion and think that all people should believe in a higher power, but just keep it to themselves. Your thoughts???

I am very disapointed that father harmony switched from an msn group to an worldnet group just so he could get three bucks for every person that switches their membership from msn to them.Oh well just another fraud trying to exploit people for money.Just when I thaught he would open the worlds minds that christians could have sex and not feel dirty,cause God created sex.I have since denounced the church and switched Clergy to another church.I hope every one elese does the same.I think he pulls enough money off the people and has taken this too far.And further more the new group site has a lot of hijacking problems that they have yet to fix.What are other members opions on this matter?
