Can I order a Mountain to move, and it will move?

How about a house, or even a mouse.

Yes you can. It takes very little faith to do these things. A) decide to do it. B) draw up a plan. C) hire a contractor. D) Pay the bill. How much faith does that take? The mountain is now moved.

It's already been touched on, but yes, all you have to do is believe. Here is the problem. As sarcastic as you are, no matter how much you "say" you believed and had faith, you are proving you have some doubt. Faith as in a mustard seed does NOT mean, "I think I can, maybe" or "I believe a little bit but not a whole lot". It is whole-hearted faith, though you may not be spiritually mature enough to have much larger faith within you, you still belive completely. No doubting.
If a mountain needs moving and God tells you that you are the one to do it, and you have the faith of a mustard seed, it will be moved. If you want to test God and say that you want to move a mountain in the literal sense, just because, well you sir, shall make a fool of yourself and the joke will be on you. You will have proven absolutely nothing about God nor His word.

Even if you have Faith as big as the Giant Beanstalk, you cannot order a mountain or a house to move by themselves. (At least not yet as far as i know.) Some things God knows you just cant do even if you "bribed" Him.

But you can order a mouse to move and you dont need Faith for that. Just some cheese will do.

Sure! But there's a little bit more to it -

First you have to really know a bit about a mustard seed. Sure, they're really tiny like a grain of sand, but, remarkably, they can sprout and grow into a really big plants.

So, if you feel like you have that kind of faith, you're just about set, except for one thing -

You have to have the kind of power that Jesus gave to his apostles. That's a little harder to come by.

I'd say find a different hobby for now. Why would you want to move a mountain, anyway? They're pretty good where they are!

I could be wrong, but I think the mustard seed sized faith has to be faith in trusting God when he tells you to move the mountain, house or mouse, not just having faith in your ability to do it. Having faith means doing what God wants, not what you want.

edit:

Maybe you wouldn't, maybe you'd hear God's voice and obey, but in my experience as a Christian, I find my nature to be much more bent towards doing what I want than what God wants when they don't exactly match up, only through prayer (another way to show faith) can I get myself in line with his wishes.

Faith ultimately means to me, do you trust God enough to believe who he says he is(Good with your best interests at heart) and do what he says he will do, (Love you, enrich your life, redeem you).

The person who hasn't done anything right their whole life, but had enough faith to believe that Jesus died for his sins and was resurrected, will go to heaven and be saved, Thats not much faith and a big reward. Ask other christians how much faith they had and the mighty achievements that they feel God has allowed to work through them.

If you have a little faith - even if it is only a little - anything is achievable. If you can put that tiny bit of faith to good use, and believe that you can move mountains (which is, of course, a metaphor for achieving things that seem impossible) then you can. It's all the mind.

Faith is, at it's most basic level, simply believing what God says is true. If God told you that a swimming pool would be full of water if you would only jump off of the high dive, then faith would be to believe that it is true. To only believe, and never jump is faith without works. Only by jumping will you see the pool full of water. Conversely, if God didn't say it, then no amount of believing will keep you from busting your head open. ;)

I totally believe what Christ said, but I just have never had the need to move a mountain. A lot of people doubt what Christ said that is why there are so few genuine Christians. To become aChristian you must believe in Him.

Any thing is possible. But you must not test God it's a law. When the devil told jesus to jump of a high point because God promised he would send his angels to catch him, jesus said- thou must not test the Lord thy God. Now he could have done it but we followed the law. if he had done it then he might have fell because he broke the law but he was victorious. In other words dont test God. you must only use your faith when you have a problem. ex you are short on you rent money, someone has a gun to your face, your friend is sick in the hospital. Trust me i been there before, i was trying to to move a bottle. let me warn you. there will be false prophets who will come to deceive, they will be able to move things without touching it, walk on water etc so do not be deceived. god bless

Yes.The problem is that your subconscious is programed with all the stuff of the world that says this can not happen. In order for you to accomplish what you say you need your conscious and unconscious mind to agree and have absolutely no doubt and it will occur.
Quantum physics agrees.
