Have you ever noticed that Jewhovah's Witnesses don't bathe? IS this stupidity a punishment from the Lord? Is bathing immoral? IF I "touch myself" how heathen is that? Uness its to guys, that's heathen. schmoobiloligoobily?

I just posted a question about grammar and I had an onslaught of responses. I realize that we don't have editors at our disposal or walk around with dictionaries.
I am talking about grammar and punctuation so bad that the meaning of what you are trying to say is lost. As my university professors used to tell us, "The only way you could fail an essay due to bad grammar and spelling, is if the errors are so bad that the meaning of your essay is lost." This is what I am talking about.
I do realize that kids write questions, but a lot of the questions that were the target of my previous rant are questions that kids should not be asking.
If you are writing a couple of sentences, I believe that you should be able to catch your mistakes. If you address somebody, you should be able to spell their name right. If that's too much to ask, then I apologize.
I'm not sure where I made my spelling error, but good eye on the person who picked out the spell checking error. See?

I realize I am stepping out on a limb here, 'cause God knows this is a tender subject. But I am asking you, with love in my heart towards all, how long will I be persecuted for something I had no part of - but punished for simply because I am white? Hasn't every culture done another wrong in history? Most cultures have been slaves at one point in time, have they not? Thank God we evolved to a more civil society though slavery has left its stain on the human race - to both sides who participated (those who bought and those who sold).

But my point (and question) is this, here in America what will it take to make ammends for the wrong white people did before my time to black people? At what point can we get past this and move forward? When can we say the slate is wiped clean and now we can begin again as Americans, diverse but as one?

i'm a caregiver at a retirement center. i work the am shift which means i help dress some of them. there are some that are mormon (its in the biosketch and my boss told me) and they request that they have some sort of undergarment under their clothes. i was curious as to why, but couldn't get an answer from my boss ... and i was a bit nervous about asking some of the residents about it. plus, they have dementia, although i'm sure something as deep as faith would remain in thier heads...
so.. this question is for you if you can answer it. why the undergarments? is there any biblical support for it? (i have found none yet)...
no, i'm not trying to be mean here, i sincerely want to know.

There is a woman where I work whom nobody can stand who is leaving for a 2 month vacation and the rest of us have been secretly talking about throwing a party. This woman is one who constanly criticizes everyone telling them that it's not done right if it's not done her way or the way her mother taught her. She says, "My mother always says this or that" and "Every job I go to they always thank me for how much I know and how much I teach them" "these places have benefited from having me there".
