i think thats nonsense

theres no evidence of english in roman times

we in fact have evidence of when english became a language, when the saxons went to england

your point about it being faith without evidence on language i dont agree

and the evolution thing, thats something we have evidence for

i agree with you about 80% of the time but on this one i dont agree, no,

Of course they take it on faith. They have no evidence. They can't see the truth in Gen 11.

There's plenty of written evidence for it. For example: Latin to Old French to Modern French.

Or West Germanic to Old English to Middle English to Modern English.

Im pretty sure that they were talking about the Bible... how "God" created different languages so people would have a harder time to communicate so that they couldnt build a tower to heaven...
