The world does. My brother admitted to me that he takes more effort to communicate, be around, help and talk to attractive people (particularly attractive women). Lol. Have you notice that you do the same?

Think about it.

I have a really bad temper and when I become angry my face gets red and my blood pressure skyrockets as I try to hold my tongue. It drains me to keep my mouth shut when I feel the need to say something. Any advice on controlling my anger?

I remember feeling very ugly when i was younger.. i was chubby so kids would call me a fatty and i was pressured to exercise by my parents. I still have self-esteem issues and i look a lot differently than I used to. Sooo, does your childhood effect your self-esteem or is it something you are born with?

I'm a musician (piano and guitar) and usually when I'm writing a song I just mess around and play different chords. Once I've got the melody down I just write lyrics that complement the chord progression I've made.

I also like to write short stories when I'm bored.

When you're going through an intensely emotional stage in your life, how do YOU transfer this anger/depression to a creative work? I can't seem to make a song that truly expresses my emotion because I'm too angry or depressed to actually work on a good chord progression.

I'm just asking your personal methods.

would we still sleep 8 hrs and eat 3 times a day? Or would we only sleep when tired, staying up for hours and hours at a time? Would it invigorate us or depress us?

“For some people, life is like arithmetic where you add one to one and you get two. But for me, the Gestalt theory is a more appropriate theory. Think about this: If one is able to take care of his body by shunning away from bad habits, he doesn’t simply end up being physically sound; it’s not enough for him to say, I have a healthy body parts – healthy legs, healthy brain, healthy heart and do on; his totality may even greater because if he is physically healthy, there’s a lot more he can don in life. He can fulfill his dreams and each accomplishment will add on to his initial deposit of happiness. This is where I’m coming from. Just the same, It doesn’t mean that a person who has lost his legs or arms due to accident or operation has become a lesser human being because it’s not just his physical body that makes him a human being. If he learns to move on despite his physical disabilities, then that means he is psychologically healthy and therefore, he can be happy.” Convinced?

get some answers that terrify me. Some of you I am sure are knowledgable, but I am sure that there will be those that will like nothing better than to terrify a stranger, but here goes. I have to have a MRI with out contrast. I do not understand exactly how it is that an MRI works. I imagine it to work on the order of a microwave. Bubbling your brain cells. Disrupting them. Causing things to happen that are irreversable. I know this question sounds childish but I am hoping some knowledgable person can help me out. Thank you
