I would like to get motivated on cleaning my house, getting a job or going back to school, but I suffer from sever sciatica & scoliosis. As far as I know the only treatment for this is surgery, and seeing a chiropractor (which I can't afford.) I have tons of plans, goals, and dreams for my future. I have 4 years of college education behind me, but how can I accommodate my painful situation to create an extraordinary life? I can't sit, stand, move, or lay down without being in terrible pain. Is there any hope left for me? I have no job, no support, no friends, no insurance, and to make it even better I'm not eligible for disability. What can I do to insure a bright future? I'm about to turn 25 in March and don't want to see my life waste away in front of me. Is there anyone that has a good suggestion, or a new fresh idea? Please help!

Generally scoffed at? Have you tried everything within the confines of all decency trying to prove to those in your life that you do care about that no matter what, You will do what makes you happy, you will do what makes you feel significant, and last..But absolutely not least....You will not tolerate those whose only wish in life is to do all of the above to anyone they meet.......When is it time to drop the "nice" part of religion?spirituality and start knocking out those who deserve it....And telling the others to start caring about everyone else instead of wholly for themselves? Anyway..Have a great day...best wishes.

There is this awful woman that works in my office, She belittles people and tries to order them around because she once was some kind of manager, they shut her side of the company down, and now she is just a department assistant, but she is driving me crazy with her "i'm better than everyone else" attitude. What can I do to get her back. (today she embarassed me infront of her whole department)

Obviously I am aware that we cry when we are upset or really happy, but why do "emotional" tears (those whose function is not to just lubricate the eyes) form? Does this type serve any purpose??

Every individual sees (and indeed recalls) events very differently. There seems to be no objective reality that any one person can witness. Why is it that we each have such different perceptions of a single thing, or does reality not exist as we think?

What would you do if you woke up one morning and your life was totally different, instead of being married you were single, instead of living on your own, you were living with your gran? Would you cry or just get on with it?

I'll be turning 40 next week and have been feeling generally restless; anyone out there have any insight on what they would consider a mid-life crisis and how it came to manifest itself to the point that you noticed?

Every weekend without fail our neighbour gets his waders on and makes a thorough job of cleaning his car. This totally innocent routine annoys my husband to the point of insanity, he thinks this poor guy is a sad feak! It's getting to the point now when my husband is so obsessed that he's having little bets as to what time the car is going to be cleaned. It's driving me mad!

He's never fallen out with the neighbour and it's really not about the make of the car of anything. I can't understand it. If my husband is jealous then he has his own car to clean but he likes it to get really dirty because he thinks it will wind the neighbour up!

Help - there is nothing I can do but why do you think my husband is letting this obsess him so much?

My husband does have a life and runs his own business and goes out etc so it's not like he's sitting by the window all day.
