What would you do if you woke up one morning and your life was totally different, instead of being married you were single, instead of living on your own, you were living with your gran? Would you cry or just get on with it?

Ha ha.. well, this would depend upon my relationship with my spouse... and whether i like living on my own, or with other ppl around....

for sure, i would b surprised... at this sudden overnite change... ;)
& then, well, i dont think i would cry... i would perhaps get inquisitive & try 2 figure out what happened that led 2 this sudden change....
to accept it or fight against it would come later.. :)

Is it important NOT to take life too seriously.

99% of things don't really matter. The 1% is the things which are "your life". And as long as your still alive, with time and the right frame of mind, those things eventually be thought not to matter also...if that's what you really want. See, it's all subjective.

Though I doubt if it is something from the 1%, that you would ever have the desire for it not to be important.

Change may not come as suddenly as you've pointed out here, but it does happen. The circumstances we are in today will inevitably be different down the line.

I like your initial question about whether or not it's important to take life too seriously. Life is very serious business, don't you think?

I would cry for a few days or months at first but I would try to make the best of it. Being single gives you the opportunity to find another partner. good luck!

If I was aware of my previous life, which I am currently pretty fond of, I'd be near suicidal... so I'd cry a hell of a lot, but I'd do what I had to do to recover...
