what's the beauty of life if your dreams aren't realized

i'm not talking about material wealth, family, children; what's being expected/conventional. i'm talking about something that only belongs to you, someth. that you really, really long for; like finding your romantic soulmate, creating a masterpiece...

thanks

well, i've been pondering this in my head... what stands out and makes it possible for these "professionals" to peg someone as insane or mentally unstable...?

like honestly at times i'm sure alot of us could look a little off our rocker

i talk to myself.... does that make me insane??

i don't think talking to yourself makes you crazy at all... i think it's when your talking to someone who's not really there.... now that might mean your crazy.... that or you had your eye's closed when someone walked out of the room

I am a very creative person..not in being dishonest, but in my paintings and writings etc..Due to a very tragic and traumatic year, I had not been able to write or paint..Now tho, I have finally picked up my brushes..my question is..If someone like me has been repressed and depressed for a whole year and used to painting bright vibrant color which is a true representation of that person previously, and my colors I am choosing now have seemed to change..what does that mean..??..(I previously never painted in the colors I am choosing but the subjects still remain positive)...and does certain colors suggest you are no longer positive and what would they be?....sorry, long winded but it concerns me as I am so honest and positive normally..I have survived breast cancer long ago, wrote positive songs about it, so understand the power of creativity to make a difference..I just hope I have not lost some of that along the way...please be honest and tell me your thoughts, much appreciated..thankx

I don't know what I have recurring dreams of my ex-best friend (and even sometimes with her mom.) I usually have six a year, and just had my recent one last night with her mom. Maybe to resolve unresolved business and to find closure. All we do is talk and pretend the past never happened. Even her mom is nicer to me than before. Does anyone know what it means to have a recurring or even an occuring dream of an ex-best friend when things are better than in real life?

I need to talk to a psychiatrist really bad but don't have the money to do so. I was wondering if there was a website or if anyone knew of a psychiatrist that I could maybe talk to through email or an Instant Messeging program? One that wont charge me anything as I don't have any money. Please, I am in need of one really bad.

I can't wake up before 1 PM because of my melatonin rhythm... but most people just think I'm lazy. During the week for work i am a zombie and then I sleep in all weekend. Most people at work think I am a lazy ***...my neurologist says I have a legitimate disorder. What do you think?

As in, a loner x10? As in, do you not belong to any "group" and sometimes you wish you did and other times you're glad you don't and other times you simply don't care
