you know you are dying of hurt and pain.
you know you are utterly depressed to extreme helplessness and hopelessness.
you know it when you show, and deny it when its realised.
you know you want that shoulder and hug, but you dare not reveal your fragility and shattered mind.

why do you refrain from disclosure when it is what you need most actually?

I am 27 years old man. I never dating with any woman as I am very shy. But I have very much sexual desire. So I was thinking about sex most of the time. Now I am heared that women do not like shy , unconfident guys. They prefer bad boys . This hurt me very much. I pass my most of the time about thinking about it . About 2 years ago , I was took psychotherapy from a lady psychotherapist to free from social anxiety. Now I am much free from social anxiety . But another problem ariases . I am thinking and fantasiging about the psychotherapist. I understood that I was fallen with her love. She is married & I know that it is unethical to do any relationship outside treatmen with her. I do not contact with her any more. But I can not forget her. Everyday every night I think about her. I also feel depresses thinking about the unsucseesfull of mine about women. These hurt me . I waste a lot of time thinking these which harm my everyday life , study etc. How can I stop this thinking ? help

why is it that we jump (or dont jump) when people scare us from hehind? i know its possibly because its unexpected but people always try and sneak up on me and say "boo" or grab me and i honestly dont know theyre comming and i dont jump up/get scared. why do some people do it and others dont?

Would it be wrong for me to stop spending time with people i normally hang out with to be by myself? Isolation is said to be unhealthy, but i don't completely understand what is unhealthy about it.
Should i stop isolating myself from the people i used to talk to or should i focus on my capability of living life independantly? What's the difference or is it the same thing?

For the past month or so, it seems that MEN, LARGE MEN, have a problem with me regardless of what I am doing. I am not a large guy. I am thick and muscular, with a military haircut and a gotee, and my wife says I look like a bada$$, but still, I do NOT stir trouble, especially with LARGE MEN who could stomp my scrawny @$$. So why do they come at me and start trouble? Hell, I'm 44 years old. Its not like I fit the profile of a fighter or anything. Tonight, I had to push a 6'5" 350 pound Minnesota MONSTER who had just been kicked out of a bar off of me as I stood out front of the Holiday Inn while my business partner was procuring our rooms. I was minding my own business and out of the blue this @$$clown began a full frontal assault. Two weeks ago, a college football player tried to start a fight with me at another hotel I was staying at. A few weeks before that, some 20's something kid took a swing at me. All of this stuff is happening as I mind my own business. WTF?
