you know you are dying of hurt and pain.
you know you are utterly depressed to extreme helplessness and hopelessness.
you know it when you show, and deny it when its realised.
you know you want that shoulder and hug, but you dare not reveal your fragility and shattered mind.

why do you refrain from disclosure when it is what you need most actually?

it's just the way it is with life.

you smile and deny your problems because you just wanted to lighten up your feelings, feel numb to the pain, even for just a sec.

Feigning a smile is utterly stupid, but widely practiced and advocated by 'personality development programs' for commercial reasons. The accumulated suppressed emotions seek outburst over a period of time causing immense psychological and/or physiological problems leaving deep scars.
On the other hand if a person can smile even in an adverse situation, like while experiencing pain in body, out of clear understanding of inevitability of the situation, and deep sense of acceptance, it is just wonderful, no side/after effects, and displays a truly wise being through and through. The pain in a limb can be prevented(not anesthetic, mind you) reaching a mind (so also, money in pocket not in mind adds grace to rich, else appears vulgar wealth!).

there are a few ways to ans this question
1. you can be a person that rather have everybody think that you are doing great so not to be a downer on there personality and feelings
2. you can be like me and have a hard time letting people in and expressing your feelings which makes you more comfortable by putting on a front for everyone else to see than showing true emotion but whether or not you express your feelings the end result is still the same you will get over the problem when your body and mind says its ready to

That is the way society made people act and behave. God forbid anyone act like a human being and bestow comfort on someone who is hurting. I have faked smiled through most of my life and now I just want to punch people in the face for their heartlessness. That is why I have five pets. They have more humanity than any human being I ever met. Plus they are comforting and loyal and they don't expect anything from you but love. Pets give unconditional support and love. Human beings lack these qualities.

Because you cannot have everything in life. Some of our motivations and goals might be softened if we let our feelings of love dominate our lives. For a person like me goals and aspirations are having the highest regard. It's just that sometimes people become soft, weak and lose track of their goals if we they in to extreme softness. That is why many give up such feelings.
And the same is the reason for refraining from disclosure.
Good luck to you.l really appreciate your concern for the peopIe.

When a man is dying of hurt and pain he never try to share his hurt because it hurt another. This is the best thing i like about a man who deny his problems.

I don't smile and deny problems, and you shouldn't either. It is bad for your health mentally and physically
