We waste too much time hearing complaints. They say
if someone writes something down, it gets it out of their system.
Why not give people forms to complain on whenever possible? Then they will get the gripe out, and we wontt get stressed having to hear it?
Throw a little subliminal after they write out the complaint, that maybe somebody just had a bad day, and can you forget about it? Yes or No?
And a "disclaimer" that it wil be read, and IF it has merit, looked in to.

I have a very close friend who is extremely gifted in many ways. The funny thing is, her immediate family, i.e., mother, father, sisters, brothers, etc, to say it nicely are very much less than her. How could someone so extraordinary spawn from such an ordinary source?

I'm wondering if moving out will help me feel better. We've lived together for almost 3 years, and he still hasn't proposed. I clean up after him and his dogs constantly. He belittles me in subtle ways. We were planning on buying a house, but now he says we can't because he can't come up w/his $.

Not only has my dad recently died, but my mom hasn't paid my tuition off (1k) and classes were dropped 2 weeks before the end of the semester (all B's). She wrecked my car over 4 months ago and has not paid a dime. But, she has bought all new appliances for her home. When her new car is broken down I'm the person to give her a ride to and from work and I ask nothing in return for that.

It seems like as hard as I try at everything, I always fail. Do I need to be by myself, or am I just making excuses to get away from everything? Or do I need to suck it up?

Ok, the recipient may be busy or maybe s/he just forgot, but that's beside the point. How do you feel when you send an e-mail to a friend or acquaintance and you don't hear back? Does it not affect you? Do you write that person off as no longer a friend? Do you wonder what happened to him/her? Or do you think that maybe s/he is just busy. We really don't know what's going on in each other's lives. So what do you all think?

It's kind of a nature vs nurture question. Like, if the biological father were a great baseball player.. would the kid inherit that ability? Or is that classified by environment/nurture?

What about intelligence, emotional ability etc?

Which race will guide the whole humankind civilization in 50 years?

well,
As i know,most of humankind civilizations were created by Caucasoid and Mongoloid.
However,In the past 500 years,Caucasoid has been guiding the whole humankind civilization.
Now,Mongoloid seems to be recovering. Japan is the first,then followed by four tigers. Now it's turn of China. many people think China will be the next superpower!
So,what do you think Which race will guide the whole humankind civilization in 50 years?

Hi, I'm 22 & have been working in a bank the last couple of years. I would like to train to be a social worker or a counselor. I plan on doing an evening course in Dubin Business School but was wondering if anyone knew a job I could apply for to work during the day that would enable me to gain experience in that field.

I've no qualifcations for anything in this area so finding it hard to see jobs I am suitable for. They can be administrative I guess but if you've any idea's please let me know!
