I work very hard to be.
It is all about commitment. Whether you give a flying fig about what others think about you - or not - others are watching you to see how you act. If you have committed to yourself that you will make your actions the same as the things you say... people begin to realize you are worthy of their trust.
If you are a trustworthy person - you will do all that you can to back up the promises, commitments, and statements that you make. You will seek to make up for the times when you fail. You will care about people other than yourself - because in considering others, you will honor the trust that they place in you.
I am deeply fed up with folks whose words do not match up to their actions. ...I seek to be different. I am not always successful... but I do care enough to try.

What kind of a question is that!? Someone might say they are trustworthy, but if they aren't trustworthy, they still probably say they were.

yes I am. Because I was raised that way and that is the way I prefer to be. I would not want to be untrustworthy.
