Do Vaastu Shastra projects sell better than non VS projects?

Vaastu is being followed by the builders for two reasons. One their own, and another, pressure from those who book in advance.In other words, it is helpful for both the buyers and the sellers. Vaastu ensures peace and prosperity, and is scientific.

vasstu shastra is big science and follow all the rules when u build big big project is not practical and some time a near by building can nullify all that u planed
and sales of a project is totally depend on the marketing skills of the project heads - and person pocket, buyers need, location, legal issues - and all
In India where there is a variety of demands there is market for all types of projects

i think they don't, most probably because it is not in sync with the present principals as well as needs of the current society existing in India
