Other - Social Science (Social Science) - October 2006

I was born a considerable distance away from where I live now, but I need to get a copy of my birth certificate for a job I am applying for. Is there any way I can get a copy on-line or send away for by mail? I do not have the means nor the capacity to go request it in person, so if you have any information on alternative ways to get it it would be appreciated. The answer with or without links that proves the most equitable to my cause will be selected as the best answer as soon as I can research it... Serious answers only please!

i hate it being such a pushover how do u change? (yes i can spell thts just how u talk online)?

even my younger yes i said younger treats me lyk dirt i always listen to him but he never listens to me even when i try. and my family never belives(every1 lyks my brother better than me cuz he's more social i think but it's not tht i care bout its how no one belives me...the only person who sees him for what he really is is my cuz and she moved back...she's also the only one who saw that my dad is such an ***). my brother the most but pretty much every1 if they need to. we;ll people my age i'm 14. it wud be wrong if adults did it to me. (not that my dad isn't an mean *** emotionally abusive conrtol freak and i feel trapt everytime he's around cuz even if i try to leave when i'm 18 he's scare the ****** **** out of me when he gets mad he even scares adults but that isn't the point). i hate being treated lyk **** wut do i do? it drives me crazy (oh and if u cud answer my question titled skool sux tht wud help too (u'd have to do it on here though cuz tht ones closed to new answers).

What is a big fat white worm looking thing w/ a million legs called?

Its white with a dark butt and a dark kittle head. and it has 4 red leggs up front and a million little feeler lookin things under nieth of it. and it was found in a tree.

Is anyone aware of China's growth rate ?

They now use half of the worlds supply in concrete and one third supply in steel ! Building and expanding at a phenominal rate. Shanghai is eight times bigger than New York City. Will we be able to keep up to food production? Then there is further growth with the rest of the planet. And we shall see the fruits of our labour in our garbage, man that'll be pile of it !!! What will become of us?

Why do some people not ask their question in the question line?

Is it not annoying to find post after post that have the subject;
"What's your opinion?"
"What do you think about this?"
"I have a question?"
"Do you know anything about?

Put the subject of your question in the subject field and maybe more people would actually look at your question.
