One suggestion (do not know whether you like this or not as this is more closer to preaching) - Study prove taxing when we are not clear what benefit that study will give us. Once we realize how that study is beneficial to us then it tend to be very interesting. Yes because we are selfish people and unless there is something beneficial to us, we don't move (Law of Inertia). Also "Day Dreaming" helps - If we dream what we will be after this course, how it will change our position then we get enthu to study and then everything seems to interesting just like when we are studying a Chess book just before we have a challenge to bit our buddy, it looks very interesting to us whereas dare to read a Chess book on any normal day - it will be dead boring.
