I honestly can't remember ever thinking about thisBUT since it does not state whether He did or did not its all speculation: To reason it out logically it would be No since Adam and Eve were not born from the womb and there would be no cord attaching them to the womb(a belly button is the tied off end of this cord)hence there would be no belly button .

adam was created in God's likeness - so that would be the question "does God have a belly button?" further if "yes", "who is God's Mother?"

I've been thinking this for years...And I have come to the conclusion that god would of only given them belly buttons if he had one. Which means god had a mum....It's all very confusing!!

This question is completely rhetorical and impossible to answer since there are no records of what Adam & Eve looked like or their physical details.
