Why do people think femenists are over-bearing man-haters...?

who sue at the drop of a hat....? It is NOT true of all of us. Most of us only want to be paid what we are worth and not to be forced into motherhood. Is that really so unreasonable?

Why are my 17 year old twins so obsessed?

with fart humor? They are girls, and they think it is just the funniest thing to fart loudly, joke about it with their friends. It offends me, and I think it offends their boyfriends too- they are so sick of it!

Why is this happening to my friend?

My friend is a lesbian.She is strong minded, and takes care of her elderly parents. Her parents were immigrants. They are minorities. She is reasonable, very smart, very talented, very artistic, good looking, polite, diplomatic and knows how to handle people. Her parents English speaking skills are limited and they are poor. My friend has done a good job for herself and can do even better. My friend is very responsible and has great follow through. She is honest and sincere.

Why is her white female heterosexual co worker antagonistic towards her? Angry and hostile everyday?

On the subject of sociopaths again....?

I saw another question regarding sociopaths and like to get a little more info on them. Are they usually highly intuitive and brilliant people?Also, for the ones that aren't serial killers or anything of the sorts,what kind of things do they usually pull off to be considerd a sociopath?If i'm correct,alot of them are highly successful people who are good at getting what they want.Correct?

do you find this derogatory toward women???

i think it is a disgrace in indian society that a woman is considered not clean when she has her period and required to not make contact with anything holy or go to the temple....first of all god made us this way and god who is all around us it is impossible the disconnect oneself from! and women give birth to new life because of this cycle how can u say its dirty?

i think that god is within us....temples shrines idols, these are all material reminders of gods presence...why are women made to feel tainted an unpure or unclean for having something thats natural by men and women alike--doesnt this allow men to further dominate and women to be further subordinate?
does god view u physically or ur inner qualities...how can God condemn u for how he madde u

Sick of feminist ideas?

I believe that women should be every bit as equal as men. I believe that they have every right a man has. Women deserve more respect, it is true! However, I'm sick of some of their outrageous ideas and attitudes, such as abortion and criticizing and bashing men on the heads...some of these feminists are being sexists towards men...are they contradicting their ideas? they didnt like it when men didnt ttreat them with respect, and now theyre not treating men with respect? women should be equal, but feminists are making me sick these days. Times are changing: What does it mean to be a woman?

Since we have made a lot of progress in equality of the sexes, there have been a lot of social issues and confusion about what makes a woman what she is. I was raised in a time when girls were encouraged to strive for careers and ambitions relating to work. Also, many guys raised in my generation don't even want the stereotypical "stay at home" mom/wife. They would actually prefer an ambitious, smart lady who has a career and intellectual pursuits. A lot of girls my age look at household chores with disgust and disdain and think cooking and cleaning should be an option if they want to do it, if ever. If a guy asks a girl to cook, she snorts back "You pig-head!" Yet, in spite of all this, many still believe that there is no replacement for that special nurturing a woman can provide. If woman are now becoming bread-winners, what makes of men? What does it really mean to be a woman in this day and age?

Okay, they did just pass a law against, just this past Fall, 20006. But it remains to be seen how well it gets enforced since so far no men have ever been convicted for this.

Women are you a feminist? Or do discriminate against other women like men do?

Unfortunately, sexism is still alive and well throughout the world including the USA. For example, it is rampant in healthcare where many doctors don't even know that the biggest cause of death of women over age 25 is heart disease. Women and girls are still raped and beaten and various victims of crimes hugely more so than men are. Women still make less money, etc etc. Another problem besides men doing the discrimination is other women who discriminate against women. aRe you one of those? Why do you do it? Do you consider yourself somehow different that other women (that you seemingly hate)? Or do you just think all women, including yourself, deserves less than men?

Can a women do any job just as good as a man?

Can a women do any job just as good as man. Here lately there as been a lot of women particularily in the feminist movement who argue that women can do any job, just good as man. When I hear this I agree to a point, but I wonder about a few jobs in particular like firefighting, and infantry soilder. These are the careers I wonder about and a women's compentcy working in these careers. I am not talking about some bodybuilder gigantic muscle women, I am talking the average women, your mothers, sisters, and daughters. The military to this day will not allow a women to do certain infantry jobs, so now my question I pose to you is can the average women do any job as good as man, particularily the careers that I mention? What do you think?
