when a girl looks at u for like 40 secs thatr when u look back she looks somewhere else. bsauec this did it to me. why and she looks at me sometimes.

It is said that if a woman stared at a man for about 8 seconds or more, then it's a sign that she likes him. That when you looked at her she turned her face away is because she's shy.
My advice is that next time this happens to you, and you find the woman attractive (according to your own taste) go to her and begin a friendly conversation. If she looks not welcoming, it's because she's tensioned and ill-experienced...and you should remain calm. Smile at least...but don't just go blunt and say: "Hey, I like you and I think you like me and let's start a relationship." Speedy Gonzales in this experience is not a good idea at all.
Be calm and patient...women love understanding men.

I'd say she probably likes you...try smiling right at her when this happens again. A pleasant "hello" when walking by her will let her know you are interested too...or at least notice her flirting.

She looking at you because she is curious about something about you, but she doesn't want you to know it. She might be shy. She might be embarrassed if there is something weird about you. There is something about you that she is wondering about.

if she had a weird look on her face, not a good sign. but if she had a neutral face or a smile, she's obviously interested. if your interested, go make a move. :)
