the reserve bank puts up the interest rates then lending banks do likewise, but where does all this extra money from the interest hikes go?A shop floor worker or factory worker cannot give himself a wage rise so why should the bank-any bank have the right to put up interest rates which ultimately brings more money to the bank.why does not the government put on a price freeze nationally.interest rates going up really means the people need to make more to pay extra to the banks.so prices go up to make more profits-so there we have inflation i cannot see the logic

My 8 year old repeats things several times. He doesn't get stuck on one word (I do that, though). He will say about the first few words of a sentence and repeat it several times before getting the entire sentence out.

BTW...I'm sorry for not putting the details in my previous post........Thank you for the "warm" answers I received in my previous post. Such nice people.

Maybe you too have noticed this...

In Religion and spirituality whenever someone asks "prove god exists" or "prove god doesn't exist" and so forth, lots answer with "cheers!" or "bottoms up", which i assume is like a drinking game thing.

In philosophy, when someone asks "what's the meaning of life?" They get this number game thing going

And in P&S they get all kinds of games going on near every question.

The point is it seems to lighten the moods of the regulars and instead of getting irritated by redundent questions, or even troll questions, these catagory regs seem to have figured out a way to have fun with it.

So do you think something like this would help ease tension around here?

if so, let's see your imaginations on what we can come up with....

Im not asking because Im trying to decide which one to be, etc. etc. Im just curious.... and Im smart enough to know you dont chose to be anorexic or bulimic, its a disease, not a diet that you use to lose 20 lbs in a week
and when i say bulimic i mean either throwing up, or abusing laxitives

Your troublesome past, which you thought you had sort of control over, has been in control all along?
Ive had trouble letting people get close, especially men due to stuff that has happened when i was younger.
The problem is i work in a pub. And the land lord said that this lad (call him x) likes me, and hes a really nice guy, so he'd get x's number for me, and that i should let him take me out sometime. I said no, cause i wouldn't know what it would lead to. The land lord then said, 'well, it might lead to him loving you'. And that absolutely terrified me, ive never been so scared in all my life, i was actually crying at the thought of letting someone get so close.
I know i cant live my life as a solitary spinster, but if ever anyone does get close, the frightened part of me, stuck in the past, pushes them away, and its push is so much stronger than my need for companionship, also i fear being hurt.
I am my own worst enemy, i know.
Does anyone else have this problem??

my entire life dreams have been incoherent, non-linear, and didn't usually make sense. One second I'd be walking in the park naked, the next fighting a giant hamburger that's trying to eat me, the next floating in a sea of nirvana-esque colors

But about six months ago I had to go to South America on business and I was required to take malaria pills.

A side-effect was clear, realistic, plot-driven, hauntingly-freaky dreams. I was wondering if there is a natural proven way to clear up dreams.
