i am 15 and trying to recover from serious depression and although some people like to look back on their scars and see that they have overcome the hard times , i now regret ever putting myself through that .. i was wondering if anyone knew if there are any good creams or lotions that could help reduce the appearance of scars effectively so that i can move on with my life for good. thankyou xxxx

For instance, we all know that if we work hard and pour our blood, sweat and tears for something, we can achieve it (or if we don't achieve it, we'll come closer to achieving it than by doing nothing.) Or we all know that doing drugs is bad for us, but there are still a lot of people who do drugs.

Why don't we act on what we know is right and/or good for us?

My dreams always seem to involve different houses that I'm living in (in the dream, not for real) that have leaky ceilings. Some worse than others. Alot of them have such severe damage, that I panic about the repair.

I literally can't even say how many times I have had this sort of dream. Any idea what this sort of dream could signify??

I've had this dream a few time's now, I dream I am numb & can't move or speak & a hand is placed kinda on my shoulder & I can't move it or see who the person is, last time I dreamt it was a pair of hands starting from my head & moving down my body as If healing me but it was scary, I always have dreams where I feel awake & cannot move but the hand one's are new & it takes me ages 2 finally wake myself up & get outta the dream

There are many video games today that encourage violence (shootings, theft, beatings, killings, etc.) - and many children of all ages play those games.

a. How do you feel these violent video games affect our society?

b. How do they affect young children who play them? Do children realize the difference between the game (where there are no consequences to such behavior) and real life (where those types of behaviors are considered crimes with repercussions?

c. If you were a parent, what would you do about these games?

d. If you were a city official and saw a lot of violent crimes happening with young children, what would you do to encourage limits on young children playing violent video games?

I was standing in front of this larger than life grinning black evil creature and he was holding a white cape and a halo was floating above the cape(it be seemed to belong to me). He threw it around my shoulders and it(the white) disappeared as though invisible then I woke up.

I am a male of around 45 yrs of age. After the break up with my girl and failure in love I seems to grow more emtional and sensitive. Any emotional sciene in movie or TV is enough for running my tears down and I feel like crying. I feel awkward to myself like I am losing the strength and growing weaker. I found out and it was confirmed that after my ex broke up with me six months ago and tried to get back with me, i said no, she lapsed into a depression, tried committing suicide, started doing heavy drugs, contracted a venerial disease, lost her children to social services, is now forced to turn tricks to support her crack habit, and looks like she aged about twenty years. I feel really confused...please help me............

hi...i'm a 19 yr old girl. i stay in a hostel away from my home. we guys at the uni have nights out every weekend. once i met this guy over one such weekend and we had a fling...just a one-night stand. i didn't even look back at that chapter in my life. last week my i went home and my elder sister introduced me to her fiance. she was keeping it a tight secret from me. i got more that a surprise! it was the same guy...omg i couldn't believe it. and he was so cool about it. he shook hands and told everyone that we met had once. my family and sister were so glad about it. i felt so awkward. i have a feeling he knew i was his fiancee's sis even before my sis introduced us. how could he be so cool about it? i feel so queer.....he's gonna be my bro-in-law and i have to be in touch for an entire lifetime. i can't even confide in anyone over this. wat do i do? this is really awkward for me. i'm back in my uni hostel now and everytime i talk to my sis i feel so so so awkward.

Me again - the one who once said good-bye to GWS. I have questions for you.

I've noticed when people feel strongly about something they do ANYTHING to prove themselves right - which is fine (example - go to Politics. It gets pretty hot in there too).
I've posted a question with questionable references, and I admitted as such, but that didn't stop the flack.

So why, ladies and gentlemen, why the need to be so blantantly disrepectful and hateful? What do you get out of it?
How are we to "figure out" what the opposite sex wants when all we see posted on here is how horrible men/women are? There is no reasoning in this forum - just anger and hate.
What to do?

and the president of this caregiving company told me the four pervious caregivers were all bad and they were "at each others throats." Then he tells me that the client is abusive and mean. He tells me this just as we are going to proceed on the job. He also says to the client over the phone: "Do you live over a toxic waste dump that makes people feel this way?"

This president claims he has a P.H. d. in Psychology?
My q. is I never saw the certification on the wall and he sure didn't act like a professional man. He also asked me if I had a fax and a computer so when I am caregiving for this

I have a friend who always acts superior.
She's always showcasing her fortune and talking about her beautiful *costly* house, cars and meals.
When I found a new rent, she told me: "oh how did you afford it at such a price"? She always gives me tips on how to budget, without me asking for them. When I told her about my trip to Bulgaria, she told me oh "why did you choose Bulgaria? Cause it's cheap?" All she cares about is cost and money.
I hate her "YOU" and "ME" attitude.
Isn't she acting a little bitchy?

i had a dream last night that i heard these noises outside and i looked out and i saw something in the sky that looked like a meteor and when i told my husband he looked at me like i was crazy but when he looked there were more coming down and exploding into buildings like bombs. there were allot of people running and allot of people dying.allot of biulding colapsing.
