Hi,

I wonder if there is a reason to accept favours or if "favour" means future debts and should be radically avoided.

I am interested in reading different opinions about this.

Regards.

Is it a social habit or are they "trying to forget". Prescribed medication is involved and it does have a effect on the persons behavior and personality. To the point where you really do not want to be around them because they tend to want conflict. They are fine without the drinking.

I finally moved out of my boyfriend’s house share, which turned into a complete nightmare towards the end. We found somewhere really nice; gym, sauna and steam room free to use downstairs. And a nice two bed apartment, our room a really good size. But we are living with a complete Wa*ker! At first he just got on my nerves, cos he is really anti-social. Example, he requested that we leave the living room when he gets back after work so he can be alone with his ‘much beloved telly’. Obviously we ignored him. He calls the landlord if we have people over and he gets on ALL my nerves.
But what should I do? Stick it out? Get him out? Push him out?
Please help

What's the point of giving the benefit of the doubt if you're always right about other people. People tend to live right up to the labels you never even bothered to confront them with. Any religious takers or takers in general?

Last night I dreamt I only had ten days left to live. The first thing I did was tell my brother the entire plot to the book I'm writing so he could carry on writing it after I'd gone, and then I asked for all the Christmas decorations to be put up so it would be like my favourite time of the year when I died. I woke up before I could do anything else, but if YOU found out that you only had ten days left to live, what would you do?

I can't eat Vegs and Fruit, I tried my best the past 5 years and I can't, I hate it's texture and I can't swallow any kind of Fruit or Vegs and I really want to lead a healthy life.

I did a research and I found out that it may be some kind of phobia, so I'm considering psychiatry since we don't have hypnotherapy here in our town.

Could psychiatry help me?

The withdrawals from methadone addiction take 3 times longer than for heroin (3 weeks against 5 days), and are more painful. I suspect that methadone is preferred simply because it does not give such an intense high as heroin. The medical profession seem to think that getting their patients hooked on a much worse drug is acceptable just as long as no one actually gets high.

Perhaps their interests are more puritanical than medical.

As my alarm was going off the other day, I was dreaming that my husband and I couldn't get the alarm clock turned off. We unplugged it and pulled out battery after battery, and we continued to hear the annoying "meep meep meep." Then I started asking people walking by if they thought the beeping was annoying. They acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. Any idea what this means?

I think that I may have some sort of mental problem. I constantly wish I were dead. I hate everything about life. I dont know why either. I dont even have that difficult of a life. I hate my job, I hate my relationship with my family and my fiance. I find myself wishing I were still a child with no worries. Im ugly and fat and thats why my fiance wont even look at me in a desireable way. I really dont know what else to do. I try to find ways to escape life for a little bit, like mess around online or read a book. Then I find myself remembering how I feel. Im not looking for pity, because I have no reason. I guess I just wanna know what to do when life overwhelms you so bad that it seems unliveable. I'm not suicidal, because I dont feel that I could actually kill myself. Im only 21 and I want to live life, I just wish it wasnt so hard. And no I didnt lead a sheltered life. My mom was an alcoholic, but I dont know if that has anthing to do with it. she didnt beat me

I have ....,all last week I was completely exhausted due to my dreamy sleep time that wore me out.
I dreamt I was in my old neighborhood that I grew up in and a Rhinosorris ran in front of my car and then flew off into the grape vineyards......then I couldn't get my car out of my driveway becasue there was a street fair going on in front of my house.
I was late to work and called my boss and lied my pretty head off about my whereabouts etc....OMG it just goes on and on.

l always thought that the loss of a parent would be easier to get over than it was. l was very close to my mother, she died quite suddenly (within a couple of days notice) about 8 months ago. l did spend a lot of time with her before she died, l actually looked after her, but because she was sick so much, l just thought she'd get better this time too. The doctors gave us no warning or anything, and l was so angry and felt cheated of the time we could have had with her if we'd known......for a couple of months l had very terrible depression.....it's easier now, but l still miss her so much. Also l'm 23. ls this normal? What should l do? l don't have any siblings either.

And if so, what do you think has caused this?

I used to feel protected by trees. used to think flowers were fairies. I used to be in love with the moon and the ocean. I miss those feelings, they made me feel at peace.
I suppose in my case the growing responsibility at work and computer addiction (lol), takes time from reveries and enchantment.

What about you?
