First of all, I'd be really excited that I would be going home. :]
I believe there are three major things that we protect when we are alive: our health, our job, and our money.
With this said..
I would eat anything I wanted. If I wanted ice cream for all 30 meals, I would do it.
I would quit my job to spend time with my family doing things we'd rather be doing than working.
I would spend my money on traveling with my family.
Oh, and I'd probably sky dive...

Use the 10 days to find out the reason why I'm left with 10 days to live and also to solve the matter so I'll be able to live forever instead of only 10 days.

I would travel, while on the plane (first class natch) I'd write real old fashioned letters to my family, telling them how they impacted me, thanking them. Then I'd dine on everything I love, enjoy the sights and sounds of life in several different countries, and make peace with myself, if I could correct a wrong, I might try and fit that in as well.

Grab a fistful of credit cards and hit Mexico. Drink tequilla, smoke grass and fertilize all of the "coin operated" senorita's seeds for ten days.
On the tenth day call my family and say good-bye.

hmmm.. i would definitely spend every waking second with my friends (since they make me happiest) and then we would go to amusement parks and all the places we talk about visiting but never do... but mostly i would just be with my friends 24/7 because they are the happiness in my life

-Make amends to anyone I've hurt in life
-Pray, and ask for forgiveness
-Give my (adult) children my bank cards, insurance policy, etc.
-Probably read more about how Buddhists prepare for death (I have read some teachings, and I think they would be good for anyone to know)
-Hopefully have a little (good, clean) fun
-Say my good-byes
-Hope that all of my children would be with me--some don't live in this state--and my brother--to make it clear, again, that I do not wish to be cremated.
-Go to church (or have a priest/pastor) come to me
-I would probably be very frightened, and would hope that my loved-ones would comfort me
-I would also pass on my unpublished books to my children
-I would be upset about how much time I've wasted in life
