Don't worry, just remember that there IS a reason God put you here on this earth...or you wouldn't be here. If you feel that you don't look your best, hit the gym...go for a walk... If you don't have motivation maybe buy a new puppy. Having an animal can sometimes make you feel needed and wanted..and you can always take him/her for a walk! Try not to think so much... I am practially a Think-a-holic and i've learned that it does nothing but stress me outttt. Also, I dont know if you believe in God, but if not, then start to learn about him. He has answered all my prayers, so perhaps if you really try to get to know him and have a relationship he will help you!
Hope this helped. :) Feel free to message me!

Sometimes I felt the same. Reading and going online are only temporary relieve Life, what you need to do is slowly change the way you do things so you can live happier. Try taking classes, go travel somewhere, make yourself remember that the world is very big and that there is more that could be done in this life.
I was in the same mood last month, I took a week off and fly out to the pacific, lay on the beach for a week, when I get back, I felt much better. You should try it too.

IF I WERE YOU, I would 'run away'. Being that unhappy with my relationships, my job, my weight and looks...I would quietly move to another state--or at least to a small town where I knew no one--and make a new start for myself.
I would immediately feel better being away from everything I am unhappy with. Then I would look for a much less stressful job, get on a diet and fitness plan, and enjoy the outdoors and nature.
If money is what would prevent you from moving--I would save every penny I made, in order to make this move asap. I would even borrow money--if I felt that I must leave immediately.
I would meditate (or learn to), take up Yoga, walk outdoors every day, (if religious) attend a house of worship, and really get into healthy eating. I would get a haircut that complimented my face's shape, and some new make-up that complimented my eyes and skin. I would get clothing that looked good on my body type.
But that's me--I love moving, hate being in one place for too long, can't stand being in situations I'm unhappy with, and don't mind going places on my own.
If it is impossible for you to move, at least take a vacation--alone--away from it all--to someplace you would really enjoy. Even a mini, weekend vacation might help--alone.
Again, if you can't/won't move--at least get to looking for a much less stressful job, get a make-over, do the haircut and clothes changes, etc. Break up with your fiance--he doesn't sound like any bargain, anyway.
I wish you a lot of luck and success in life. Life is short, we should spend it seeking out our dreams, goals and happiness--not being miserable.

You gave the key: "Then I find myself remembering how I feel." Don't do that! Remind yourself that You are in charge of how you focus your life. I just found a Robert Schuler book from a used book store yesterday: "Tough Times Don't Last But Tough People Do." Read some positive, motivational stuff every day. Just do it! (Zig Ziglar, Guideposts Magazine, etc.) You have the right to be happy. P.S. Fiance, you say? I think you're worried about getting married. And maybe you're right. But do positive thinking stuff first, then worry about that relationship next month, if you can put it off

Hmmm, one of those difficult questions that can never be truly answered. Look within, only you have the answers, you've unwittingly touched on several things which you may not connect with your feelings, but why mention them??? What makes you happy, what makes you sad, and why do you react in the ways that you do. You're young and finding the fulfillment and answers should be a challenge, don't see it as an effort, perhaps you're looking too hard?!

the one thing you can do is try to take control again. if needed go on your own, live for yourself and do everything you've always wanted. the worries will get less then too. the thing that gives the most satisfaction is getting yourself out of a situation you do not want to be in. the strange thing is, you have to realize you are the only one who is going to change that for you. so think, read about it, plan and go do it. you might actually start to feel happy. :-))

Your mind may be healthy and your life style all wrong for you.
Is your job just a means to money? do you have a chance to use your talents and explore your interest?
Why are you with your fiance? are you making a relationship out of what should just be a friendship?
What do you want? Does what you have match what you have ?

Life is about how much you can get hit and keep moving forward...if you don't feel that you can get hit much more then you are a quitter and a coward...if you keep moving forward you become more than just a human being...you become a legend
