Many of us went tru schooling with good and bad experiences. Some of us were bullied in one way or another. Ranging from mild bullying to MOST SEVERE bullying!! And some came out with extreme mental and emotional disorders!! Their lives are wrecked so totally that they cannot function anymore AS ADULTS!! SHOULD BULLYING BE CONSIDER AS A SOCIAL CRIME --JUST LIKE RAPE AND INCEST?? SHOULD WE HAVE LAWS DRAFTED OUT TO OFFENDERS WHO DESTROYED THE VERY SANCTITY OF A PERSON's LIFE?? After all, a rape victim is scarred and trumatised emotionally, physically and psychologically all her life UNLESS COUNSELLING IS QUICKLY RECOMMENDED!! WHAT ABOUT VICTIMS OF SEVERE BULLYING? They needed deep emotional and physical support of caring groups and communities!! They are victims,-- "suffering internally, cutting and mutilating themselves" NOBODY CARES!! WHAT CAN WE DO,AS INDIVIDUALS AND SCHOOL COMMUNITIES REACHING OUT TO VICTIMS OF BULLYING especially in schools and colleges?? What are your views?

I'm merely 16, yet my anxiety is extremely high and lately I have found myself fearing death. :( I used to constantly fear it over summer, but then I got over it for a while. Does anyone have any tips as to how I can just stop thinking about it?

Hes confided in me that hes really curious to know what it would be like to try my pantyhose. He has always complimented me and paid extra attention to how my legs look when I wear pantyhose to the office for work or out for dinner etc. Part of me was unsure about letting him try at first. But I'm also thinking why not, if hes so curious, let him give it a try to experience how it feels. I'm really glad that hes confided in me with this, so Im leaning towards letting him do it as a reward in my own mind for being so open with me. Hes a wonderful husband and we have been married for about 9 years, and hes been really supportive of my feelings and career, etc. Just wondering what some of the other women out there think of letting him try or have similar expereinces.

So if we're moving closer to being able to find the people we are looking for whenever we want to, does that improve our social skills? Do we become better at interacting with everyone or only in the particular situations that we are used to?

Ok, I guess I have to figure out what the numbers were for other years but I'm not sure how.

"Looking at some travel magazines, you read that the CPI in Turkey in 2002 was 6,912 and in Russia, it was 670. You do some further investigating and discover that the reference base period in Turkey is 1994 and in Russia it is 1995. The CPI in Russia in 1994 was 34.
a.By what percentage did prices rise in Turkey between 1994 and 2002?
b.By what percentage did prices rise in Russia between 1995 and 2002?
c.By what percentage did prices rise in Russia between 1994 and 1995?
d.By what percentage did prices rise in Russia between 1994 and 2002?
e.In which of these two countries did prices rise more between 1994 and 2002?

I've met a few women, (not sure if they were feminists or not) who will do this to me, and I end up feeling like just by the act of me disagreeing, someone will say, "oh, it's because of your ego".

Like for example; your working on a project. You just started. A woman comes over & in a harsh way, tells you what you have is terrible because it doesn't look finished. You get a little irritated that she doesn't realize you just started & say that it doesn't look right because you just started. She then says, "why are you so defensive?" You say your not being defensive, your just stating the fact that you just started so ofcourse it doesn't look right yet. She then says, "you don't take criticism well & I think it's because of your ego. You seemed to have attitude when I told your project looked wrong."

So it seems that in order to not be seen as being controlled by ego, the guy can only blindly agree with her statement. This seems wrong.

What are your thoughts?
