Many of us went tru schooling with good and bad experiences. Some of us were bullied in one way or another. Ranging from mild bullying to MOST SEVERE bullying!! And some came out with extreme mental and emotional disorders!! Their lives are wrecked so totally that they cannot function anymore AS ADULTS!! SHOULD BULLYING BE CONSIDER AS A SOCIAL CRIME --JUST LIKE RAPE AND INCEST?? SHOULD WE HAVE LAWS DRAFTED OUT TO OFFENDERS WHO DESTROYED THE VERY SANCTITY OF A PERSON's LIFE?? After all, a rape victim is scarred and trumatised emotionally, physically and psychologically all her life UNLESS COUNSELLING IS QUICKLY RECOMMENDED!! WHAT ABOUT VICTIMS OF SEVERE BULLYING? They needed deep emotional and physical support of caring groups and communities!! They are victims,-- "suffering internally, cutting and mutilating themselves" NOBODY CARES!! WHAT CAN WE DO,AS INDIVIDUALS AND SCHOOL COMMUNITIES REACHING OUT TO VICTIMS OF BULLYING especially in schools and colleges?? What are your views?

To make laws you first need to define what bullying is and what punishment is appropriate for each degree of bullying.
I think some institutions already have policies for this.

A few times I was a bully in school.
Sometimes I was bullied in school.
I do feel guilty about it the times that I was the bully.
I wonder if I should try to apologize for everything.
That would require some traveling.
Earl on TV is trying to apologize and make restitution for all the bad things he did.
Sometimes it looks complicated when he does it.
I wonder if the people who bullied be feel guilty about it now or wish they could apologize.
