We have youtube and flirtatious myspaces. It seems like everyone is vying for a magical pill that won't make them shy anymore. Myself included. Do you think shyness would be so prevalent if it weren't for people thinking that extroversion now means doing whatever it takes to be number one on youtube for a week. Shouldn't shy people just accept the classiness they posess. Not bashing people on those websites. Everyone has their place in society right?

Ok my cat always walks around my house, he's a house cat and loves to lay on the top of the couch. And I see him many times and I even see his imprint on the couch as if someone just sat or layed on it. Any ideas what might be happening?

I had the strangest dream ive had in a while. Ok, I was in an unknown room and was eating shrimp stir fry when a friend from school walks in with an excruciatingly sad look. I turn to talk, but suddenly, my stir fry goes flying across the room, so Im warped downstairs, and and have a plate with a salad. I go back upstairs, but I appear in a funhouse that looks like a house. Its filled with unknown people. My salad dissappears and I walk into a funhouse mirror room... Then I wake up to my alarm clock.
I have no idea what the heck this means... Ive searched on all types of dream dictionaries and I just cant find an answer. Help me these dreams are valuble advice, or they're just weird thoughts.

I always have these weird dreams like that don't even make sense. Like one time I had a dream where there was a part in time where guys had their own like land and girls had their own and like we even have our own boundary lines and if we go pass them an old lady hits us with a cane. And one time i had a dream i went down a rainbow and these too many happy stuffed animals were on the side and then BOOM! blackout. and then i woke up with my crush as the doctor checking me out with his little stethoscope. I know it seems silly but is this weird, does it even have any meaning to it..

I once had a dream with a land of orange juice. :<

I just found out today that I witnessed violence against my mother when I was about 3 or 4. Apparently I only saw it once, but did hear them argue violently extensively. I don't remember this in my conscious mind, but I guess I might in my subconscious mind. I know that what I was told is true.

Could witnessing violence like that be the reason that I have anxiety when it is time to go to sleep at night and could it be the reason I am fearful that someone is going to hurt me (especially at night)?

I need answers from people who know what they are talking about. Please tell me how you know your answer.

Thank you!

I feel like I don't exist. I am good at listening to what other people have to say, but I am virtually never granted the same courtesy in return. I feel like nobody cares about anything that matters to me. Anything I have to say gets cut off, ignored, etc. by everyone in my life. It hurts! I am tired of this crap. I am tired of having conversations with myself. What do I have to do to get people to be interested in what I have to say and actually hear and listen to what I want to talk about?

We all have free will to do anything at all, yet at the same time we don't as we are all restricted by society in some way. For instance driving down the street, you could randomly jump out of the car and start screaming. But nobody does this because it's just not expected to happen. I just think it's interesting to think that we actually *can* do anything but are indirectly and passivly bounded by our expectations. I find this is also a problem when people want to 'change' themselves in some way. I think it's difficulty because they know everyone is expecting them to act as they always would. What do you think?

starting last week, i have started having dreams about the girl that i like. It started last week, when i dreampt about an event that never happened intermingled with the real, involving the first time i saw her in 4th grade at the daycare i was at, around easter. But the dream said that she was at the new after school program i attended in 5th grade, and she was in a chorus, (in real life, shes in the school chorus) and they were singing church songs from around the same time that i saw her the 1st time. A week later, after i put in my name to send her some valentines day candy I had a bit simpler dream, involving a train, my graduation, and me trying to get my hands on her family picture, only something was a innacurate everytime i looked at it until it turned to a ruined film. Then i had a dream that she had an attachment disorder, like in the movie child of rage, and it was the same setting, and a friend was helping her. the only cause i can think of is a recent schedule chang
