A good question.

Some would say that if you were insane, you wouldn't care to know that you were sane, or wouldn't know that you were not.

So you asking 'am I sane' is a good indication you are.

Another way of looking at it is this; A psychopath would not ask himself or herself 'am I crazy...?', because the reality they are existing in is the only one they know. They would be unable to tep back, and ponder or examine their insanity.

If you were insane, it is HIGHLY unlikely you would be here, asking if you were sane.
