There are only a few possibilities here:
1. the girl doesn't like you, and while she wants guys to look, she wants the right guys to look...
2. the girl is trying to act like she's not trashy, almost as if it's a surprise to her that it's showing.
3. she is upset that she got the tattoo in the first place. "One night of drinking, and I wake up with two dolphins holding a goofy looking tribal rose."
For any of these, if she keeps giving you dirty looks, tell her that you were talking about the art, not her @$$, and if she doesn't know how to take a compliment, that's fine - and you'll move along. Hopefully she will get the point that she's being too high-strung. If not, you really don't want to get closer to someone like that anyway.

Just curious,
If a 300 pound woman got a tramp stamp, as it was stated,
if that same woman lost say 175 pounds, would that make the tramp stamp appear distorted.
It would be like blowing up a balloon writing on it and letting the air out, Wouldn't it?

I've noticed that same behavior in a lot of women. For instance, there was an uproar awhile back about a website where a guy would walk around campus and photograph skanks with their thong showing and post the pictures. They got angry at him, despite the fact that were dressing like this IN PUBLIC. It's like they want to be amateur whores without being called out on it.

What do you expect from an attention-whore? They need the attention, but they have to pretend like they don't need it....as if they are fooling anyone.

The 'a s s-hat'--thank God guys don't sport those!
Well if you were someone really hunky-looking they might smile at your compliment instead--it really depends.

Because it is designed to tempt you into silent paroxysm. If you speak about it, you defeat the purpose.

You compliment people on their "tramp stamps" and they get defensive? That is strange, I thought people were so proud of those things.

hahaha,,,you must compliment in a perverted way;)...
Just look and enjoy...no need to let them know anything...
All that's wanted is the "look"...more so than the comments. so keep the comments to yourself;) unless your opinion is asked...
