Should we maintain eye contact thorough out the conversation regardless to whomever we speak to? I mean doesn't it feel weird? Especially while talking with women...

War of the Nations

What is with all the violence?
Doesn’t every country have a chance?
To try and fix the wrong they’ve done
Instead of fighting it with a gun

So many people have died
Making peace no one has tried
We need to try and be friends
And with each other’s wounds we’ll cleanse

All the pain and suffering is getting too strong
I’m not sure the innocent can hold on too long
We are ripping families apart
All the bullets are penetrating like live darts

I believe in helping restore another place
But all this confusion has caused us a wild goose chase
No one remembers why we are fighting
All the suicide bombers are now igniting

They think all they need is a perfect race
I don’t think that we will be able to change their ways
They have taught their children that the thing to do is hate
Change them now? No it’s way too late!

heres the situation:
a person gives another person some "heartfelt" advice, but that person who gave the advice treats the person whom they gave the advice negatively soon after; in other words, they tell you how you can "change your life for the better", but then the next day (or whenever) they start bullying you, talking down, and essentially tearing down all of the positive things they told you to do previously? I know that they would be considered a hypocrite, but is there a more specific terminology or even mental condition that you'd call a person like this?

I have tried but I always seem to try and figure out the motive behind a question or which school of thought they have trained under etc as such I challenge the process even though I do believe that there is a benfit to be gained. As such I implicitly undermine the process...is this a common issue?

A pobia is a medical condition, i don't have the side effects that phobic person has. So why am i labled a homophob when that fact is i think homos are sickining people.
It offends me that they call me a homophob instead of a nonhomosexual person.

Do you ever ask yourself that? I just pulled yet another all-nighter... I'm so fed up with sleep lately. It just seems like a waste of time. I'd rather be awake and living life.

does anybody know what cyclical factors are?
Here's the sentence:

Although the increase in non-regular workers has been partly caused by cyclical factors, there is a risk that labour market dualism will become entrenched, given that thus far only a small proportion of non-regular workers have become regular workers.
