The problems is the house is always noisey: tv, screaming mother, my father shouting instead of talking, equally loud relatives coming to vist... i guess u can imagine the picture. No imagine me trying to do an essay amidst all these chaos. i tell them to keep it low, but more than keep it low they increase the noise. help what should i do, its driving me nuts

Every day is a struggle for me to go to work even though I have a great job and a great boss who treats me like an equal. I know I have a problem that goes back to my school years when I struggled to go to school as well. If I make social plans I find myself finding excuses to cancel them. I just feel that I have no energy to live like i am suppose to.

My wife's in New York state right now and they have a couple of feet of the stuff, yet life pretty much continues as normal. We've had roughly four inches of it in the UK and traffic networks are in chaos, schools and offices are shut down, and people are being advised not to travel unless they have to. How come we have such difficulty dealing with snow? Do we not, on some basic level, believe it's something that happens in the UK?

Sports, work, school, etc. Not a "habit" or "routine" per se, but just being consistent in general. I'll use Sports and music as two quick examples. I skateboard, but I am never consistent with my progression or even with some of the tricks I do. I can do them one day, and totally forget how to do them hours later. I also play bass guitar, but I am inconsistent with the way I play.

I know the short answer to the question is 'practice', but being inconsistent while practicing makes me feel like I'm learning things the wrong way.
