it..has purposely put it there to avggravate.it wouldn,t be a big to me if he had them all over the place,but my brother recently moved here and he is 'paraniod scyitsophrenic'.He hasn,t said anything about light but I,m concerned this Will be another trigger causing him mental stress on top of his delussions.These people try to seem like law abiding people,and until I Busted them they had indoor growing set-up 4 Pot.even had me fooled and I Am Street Wise.They are egar to sue people & have made money doing it,I on the other hand am piss poor & would hurt no one intentionally,I don,t know why they are hell bent on hurting me or family.I Must say I own a few acres they would have Liked Willed to them but Family Knew How they were. I,ve tried to be good neigh'r ,They Are Not,they'vePopped tires,poison'd dog,MEAN I,m just concern'd about bro at this point with this lite flashing in thru window!HOw CAN I HAVE IT MOVED or Something,I Don,t want to be EVIL back to them [not my Style]Thanx

You present quite a conundrum for me since you don't want to retaliate in kind. That's very noble of you. Congratulations. I wish that I had that kind of emotional control.

You should first ask your brother if the light bothers him in any manner. If he is using medication, his illness shouldn't be a factor in his reaction to the light. However, he might be of the mindset that some retaliation is necessary in this case.

Hopefully, since he is your brother, he will feel the same as you.

If he is not bothered, let it be.

If he is bothered, you need to approach the culprits via written or verbal communication, and state the simple fact that your brother is sick and is not responding well to the light.

If they don't reply positively, you must notify the authorities of your predicament. Your brother's mental health could be in jeopardy.
