Borderline Personality Disorder HELP PLEASE?

What can i take if i have a borderline personality disorder ? and is it over the counter ?

Medication doesn't really help with Borderline PD, because it is due to how you perceive and behave. If medication is prescribed, it is for other disorders that also exist with BPD, such as depression, bipolar, anxiety, or psychotic disorders. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is designed specifically for the treatment of BPD.
"Clients receiving DBT were significantly less likely to drop out of therapy, were significantly less likely to engage in parasuicide, reported significantly fewer parasuicial behaviors and, when engaging in parasuicidal behaviors, had less medically severe behaviors. Further, clients receiving DBT were less likely to be hospitalized, had fewer days in hospital, and had higher scores on global and social adjustment." (reference below)

There is nothing available over the counter for this disorder. You need to seek psychiatric help as soon as possible. There is medication available to help.

if you are sure that you have personality disorder ? have you been diagnosted by a professional ?
then , you need to be medicated by him as well ....there are no over the countrer medicine available for this .
please consult and ask the right help and dosage that will suit you :-)

No you cannot!
you need to see a therapist-- I am BPD- and I take several drugs- however I am also Bi-Polar.
seek help fast, this is a very serious depressing manor.
