I'm 28, and I will receive my B.A. in English this May. What should I do after that? Since I'm older than most college students, I can't spend any more time trying to figure out what I want to do. I come from a working class family, and most of the women in my family are stay-at-home moms. So, I don't have anyone whom I can ask for career advice.

What make people decide to attack, relentlessly, anyone that has a different opinion and/or different goals?

This has been happening to a dear friend, for months, now, at this very site. As much as I try, I fail to understand why would people opt to use their time to attack others, instead of taking care of their own lives.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this very sad situation!

Have a wonderful weekend! :)

Do a mandatory vasectomy on every male child at birth while the circumcision is being done, that way having children later on will have to be a conscious as well as a financial decision.

This would put a safe and reliable stop to unplaned and unwanted children.

Sorry guys, a Visectomy is quick, safe and easly reversable while female sterelisation is complicated and can have many adverse effects.

I realize this may seem a little "Hitlerish" to some, but it is a lot more humane than the alternitive.

I am writing a paper and I am interesed to find out what other's think about the issue of reparation for slavery, segregation, and current forms of institutional racism?

Do you support reparation? Why or Why not?

What forms are acceptable? Affimative action in college entry? Forty-acres and a mule? Community investment projects?

Do have any great ideas about reparation you want to share?

Personally, I support the idea of reparation. Too often we remove ourselves from taking responsibility by saying it happened so long ago, but it wasn't long ago at all, and the poor are still unable to overcome the consequences.
