Do a mandatory vasectomy on every male child at birth while the circumcision is being done, that way having children later on will have to be a conscious as well as a financial decision.

This would put a safe and reliable stop to unplaned and unwanted children.

Sorry guys, a Visectomy is quick, safe and easly reversable while female sterelisation is complicated and can have many adverse effects.

I realize this may seem a little "Hitlerish" to some, but it is a lot more humane than the alternitive.

Considering that to have any effect on global population....you'd have to implement this plan in lesser developed nations, who would be able to afford the reversal surgery and at what cost (less food for the whole family)?

there is alot of evidence that in countries where women are educated, there are lower birthrates... so hey, instead of mutilating the body of a baby, why not educate some women...

heres another idea, provide free birthcontrol...

and your idea is absolutely NOT humane, for so many reasons... nature has a carrying capacity, and natural measures will eventually level things out even if we take no action...

well the kid has no say so in it and i think that isnt right... well, of course they're underage but it seems sorta wrong... it costs like 1,000 dollars to do a vasectomy and about 10,000 dollars to get it reversed (i think....).... what if the people who are able to afford it have weak genes and the people who arent able to afford it have strong genes... then, the world will be weaker....
